THE WEDDING

VIOLET'S AND BERNARD'S WEDDING. WE TRIED THE CHATBOX BUT IT FAILED SO NOW IT GOES HERE.

For Kid, Bells, Ale J, and moi

James shut his eyes tightly, "H-how...h-how is any of this real?!"

Worrying her lip, Violet looked at him concerned. She didn't want him to be afraid....she wanted him to be happy to see her...not scared of her.

(So the twins were talking to Mary, James now can see his dead sister, and violet is clinging to bernard)

Ahhhh what do? How could you explain this all in a few minutes without traumatizing him and making him go insane?

Maybe we could explain it one thing at a time? It could take a bit, but we didn't want him upset. And I definitely didn't want Violet to be sad...she was supposed to be happy. I had to make her happy.

"Okay...uh..." I thought of a good explanation. "Ghost magic? You're alive but...now...you can see us...because a ghost did magical stuff...ghost magic," I nodded like it made total sense.

James looked at Bernard, a puzzled expression on his face. "....I'm listening to my hallucinations...I've gone insane...."

Bernard
"No, you haven't. I'm Bernard. Nice to meet you. Guess what? You can see ghosts. You lucky dog! Take it all in...might take awhile to accept it...but i'm no hallucination...." I said, carefully and slowly. I was trying to calm him down while also trying to take care of Violet...I wasn't used to comforting people...at all....

"I,I'm James....h-her brother..." James said, gesturing to violet.

"Hi James..." Violet said softly, "I miss you..."

"I,I miss you too, Vi."

"I'm getting married...." Violet said, smiling.

James looked at her stunned. She was only...fifteen...but this year she would've been...seventeen. "To who?" James said cautiously, the protective older brother instinct getting to him.

"Bernard," Violet said happily, holding Bernard's hand.

Oh dear...Ice breaker moment....

I looked down, blushing a little as she took my hand. What if he...didnt like me? Usually people had parents to worry about...but I had her brother to worry about.

"That's...me...."

"I figured," James said, narrowing his eyes slightly.

"James...be nice..." Violet said, smiling at them both reassuringly. "I love Bernard."

Bernard
"I love you too...." I whispered, hugging her tightly. I looked up at James who's eyes were narrowed. Not good...did he already not like me? I hadn't stole his socks yet! He shouldnt dislike me yet!

(BAHAHAHA BERNARD....I WUV YOU)

GAH. James resisted the urge to twitch, wanting to knock Bernard off of his little sister but doubting he even could. Violet blushed, hugging him back. She reached up and kissed his lips gently. GAH NOW KISSING?! REALLY?!

I smiled and started to kiss her back when I remembered her brother was standing right here and his most likely was not helping the situation. Hah Violet why does your brother hate me? >.> I pulled away and coughed uncomfortably.

"....Can I talk to you for a minute Bernard....alone...?"

Violet frowned, worried about the whole "alone" talk. She unwrapped her arms from Bernard and sighed. "Go ahead..." She said, disappearing to go talk to Andrew on the other side of the room.

Crud...no Violet...alright...let's just hope this wasn't going to be too bad...

"Yes, James?" I asked.

"Do you really love her? Cause I swear if you ever hurt my baby sister, I will find your ghostly ass and find some way to kick it." James said, looking down at Bernard.

Bernard
I nodded, "Yes. I love her more than anything...I would never hurt her. She's my life...or...un life..." I just confused myself. What was it? Un life? Probably...

I looked up at him a little fearfully. I would never hurt Violet but...I needed to make her brother know that I was a good person. I needed to prove it.

YES. FEAR. huh...who knew you could scare a ghost? o3o James studied him, unsure whether to believe him or not. "Take good care of her...for me..." James said, hesitating. He was unsure how long he would be able to even see her.

"Yes sir! I will...." I said. "How long will you be able to...stay? Um...we can makes you a groomsman...don't know if you want to be but...your sister's wedding. Or maybe you can walk her down the aisle? That would probably make her happy.

"I'll be happy to do anything you two want me to." James said, smiling.

Violet looked over, glad to see James smiling. She walked back over and took Bernard's hand.

I smiled and squeezed her hand lightly, "Well, we should get ready. The wedding will start in a few hours."

Wow...this was really happening.... That butterflies in the stomach expression people used was happening in mine. Goodness, this was happening! Soon Violet would be my wife.

What a strange yet beautiful thought....

Violet grinned, blushing alot. "I love you Bernard." She said, she was excited. They were going to be husband and wife!
