Caleb blinked back confusion. "Why?"

Chelsea: "Because she called you a dork."

"...I must be missing something," he said still very confused. "Why?"

Chelsea: "Well, Emery called you a dork, then Faeanna agreed with her. It's like they're best friends now," I rolled my eyes.

"Emery?" He looked around. "Where'd they go?" He asked concerned.

Chelsea: "Faeanna ran off, hence me carrying her books," I held the books up for emphasis. "And Emery...I dunno where she went."

Caleb nodded. "Sorry." He took them from her. "You go ahead to lunch...i'll go find her."

Faeanna had made her way to a secret passage her other cousin had told her about. Secret and relatively secluded, with only one or two students going by every now and again. But who would care to look behind a giant owl statue? And yet, she heard someone coming around and wondered who. The only other person who had saw her run was Emery, and even she doubted she'd be willing to follow her all the way here. She wriggled deeper into the small passage, not wanting to be seen.

Chelsea: "No, I'm the one who upset her. I'll fix it,"I took the books and walked off before he could protest. I wondered where Faeanna would go. Not back to her dorm, that was too simple. But did she know about all the secret passageways at Hogwarts? Would she go down one of those? It was worth a shot, I supposed. Plus, I didn't feel like going to lunch.
I checked all the ones I knew, or almost. Not the owl passageway, but only a few people knew about that one. Still, I looked behind it, and jumped out of my skin when I saw Faeanna there. Just because I hadn't expected to find anyone.

Faeanna's brows wrinkled. "What do you want?" she snapped, yet her voice was raspy with tears.

Chelsea: "I just wanted to say sorry," I said half-heartedly, I wasn't one for apologies. But I didn't want Caleb too get mad at me, or for his family to completely hate me.

Faeanna frowned and turned away. "You don't even know what for," She snapped at her.

Chelsea: I crossed my arms, so she wasn't even going to take my apology? "Well, obviously for upsetting you."

"What's the point if you don't know why..." i told her.

Chelsea: "Because if I don't I'm afraid Caleb'll be mad at me," I said bluntly, not liking her attitude. An apology was an apology, why could she accept it and move on?!

"Caleb wouldn't be mad at you. He likes you too much...You seem to know a bunch more about him than me, which means something right? I thought i knew him best! I'd tell him everything and he'd tell me the same. And here i come to hear he's a completely different person! THen what was all that he told me? Absolute crap from no where?! Complete lies?!" I turned and faced her, angry tears coming down my cheeks.

Chelsea: "I don't know that much more than you do. Sure, there are probably things he doesn't share with you just because your younger, and wouldn't understand. Or because he wants to talk them over with someone other than you. It's possibly he'd want someone else's to talk to besides you. You're not his only friend anymore."
