Everyone thinks that human trafficking is over in 2050. Boy they are wrong. An industry exits, part lab, part human trafficking. They raise kids, give them powers, and try to give them obedience. Try, being the operative word.

You can be a kid in the lab. Or a buyer of a kid. If you buy one, they have to report back to the lab for testing to make sure their powers aren’t destroying them.

Short bio: Kid-napped when she was younger and taken to the lab.

Notes:

The slaves/teens from the lab are scared to no end of their buyers. The buyers basically have the control over whether they live to see another day or not. Even with their powers they are scared.

And there is aloud to be romance between buyers and slaves. Or between slaves if they ever see each other.

Tyler: I walked down the rows of cages. All of them containing a teenager of some age. This should have disgusted me, but it didnt. I kept my pace brisk, only stopping when something was thrown at me from a cage behind me. A girl with stunning green eyes glared at me. I walked over to her cage and read her number plate.
"13. What are you, bad luck?" I snarled at her.
"Maybe. and the name is Billi." She sneered back. Her voice was soft and rang out. It was beautiful. But at the same time annoying.
"You guys dont have names. Only numbers. Thats all you'll ever be. A number." I called to her as i continued walking down the rows.

Powers: Can control and create fire
Obediance lever: Kind of in the middle.
Appearance: Chocolate brown eyes. Brown, armpit length hair. 5 foot 7 inches. Skinny, but well built.

Bio: at age 8, her parents took her to an orphange, not able to take care of her. when she was 12, she ran away and found Milo. But he disappeared when she was 16. She was on her own after that, and that's when she was taken to the lab.

Appearance: Black hair, red eyes. Around six feet tall, and has a slight tan. He has scars on his arms (He's not emo though) He doesn't try to stick out, but he ends up sticking out anyway.
Personality: He is fairly rebellious due to his past. He is secretive, and he tends to keep to himself. Most of the time, he is cautious, but he can be reckless at times. He basically has a split-personality because of his demon half.

Jenna sat back in her cage, inspecting her nails. All she wanted was some fluffing black fingernail polish. Was that too much to ask?
Sighing, she watched the Buyer inspect everyone in the cages...How sick could he be? They were teens...just like him. And here he was, looking for one to buy as if they were a toy for his little brother.

Billi: I glanced over at Mikey. "Hey, how are you?" I asked him. Besides the fellow slaves here, i was usualy snapy to people.

Tyler: I bent down infront of a cage 27 and inspected the girl inside of it. I might go with her. I had to see what was left in stock.

Mikey: "Pretty good actually. I haven't had any nightmares lately," For once, I hadn't been lying. I have had some pretty bad nightmares lately. Ones that wake me up screaming and crying. "What about you?"

Billi: "Pretty good." I shrugged. An utter lie. Nightmares came everynight and wouldnt leave until i awoke in a cold sweat. The tests were getting worse, and outside of this cage, my powers harder to control.

Short bio: is father was in the marines and when he was home, he raised him in a very strict environment.

Mikey: "Well, that's good." I tried to make it seem like I believed her. . .but I didn't.

Billi: I smiled at him. HE didnt believe me, but he didnt have to. I trusted him and all, but i didnt care if people believed what i said or not.

Aura: I laid with my back to the cage door, biting down on my lower lip. I hated it when potential buys came... All they wanted was a slave, a housemaid. Don't get me wrong, I could play along with the best of them, but only because i saw no point in fighting. I heard the door slam and turned to see another guy walk in.

Raziel: i strolled down the aisle, looking over the kids in the cages. It was almost horrifying... Well, it would be if I really cared. I stopped at a number 13 and looked in the cage, not saying a word.

Mikey: I smiled back. I knew that my powers would kill me eventually, so I had to live life to the fullest until then.

Billi: "Can i help you with something?" I snarled at the guy looking into my cage. I felt like a freak, only on display.

Raziel: I kept watching and then sighed, my dark eyes sad. I slowly kept going down aisles and then saw another boy, looking around, almost eagerly.

Aura: I rested my forehead on my knees and waited for the two guys to either pick someone or just leave. It felt like that was never how it worked anymore.

Tyler: I looked into 1's cage. "Look up." I comanded her. I atleast wanted to see her face. Honestly.

Aura: I looked up, but it did no use. i was faced away from them. I smirked slightly as his command back fired on him. I decided that instead of getting kicked or something, i'd turn. When I did, i lost my smirk and looked deep into his eyes with a cold glare.

Tyler: I nodded and contiued walking down the rows. Keep number one and 27 in mind. both had some obediance.
