So, just out of curiosity...

What would everyone think of a thread that takes place earlier in history?
You see, I have two ideas, one taking place in the 50's or 70's and one in the Victorian ages. There might be one in the 20's too, but that's pending. But point blank, would anyone be interested or would it be too confusing?

It's just that when I've done it in the past, it doesn't coke out too accurate...like I had Prohibition Era in the title and then went on to say it was in the twenties. But then I had to explain to the person who joined that girls didn't wear jeans or leather jackets....
It's just that if I do decide to do something like that, I want it to be accurate. At least in dress and knowing the gist of what things were like back then.
