(Luca doesn't live in Venice either, so he'll be in a hotel too. Venice is actually quite expensive to live in.)

Haha, so how are we going to go about this? Everyone just *poof* goes home and gets ready or do I get some chat time? I just got here...haha I'm kinda improvising at the moment.

Luca: "What are you thinking about?"

(Haha no problem)

Lillian: she smiled to herself. "I was just thinking about this place. Venice is so beautiful, don't you think?"

Luca: "Venice is indeed beautiful. Way better than where I came from."

Lillian: she looked at him curiously. "Where would that be, if you don't mind me asking?"

Luca: "I come from a town in Sicily called Corleone."

Celio: I curse as I look down at my watch. My sister's gonna kill me...I hurriedly put my hood over my head and start heading outside, following the narrow streets down to the apartment my sister and I shared. She immediately greets me at the door, already covered in jewels and glitter. "Celio!" she gasps. "Where is your dress?!" I shrug and frown. "I already told you- I have to at least pretend to be a guy if I wanna keep my job. I told them I was a guy, and guys are guys even when it is Carnival." She frowns and peers down at me. "Are you wearing that damn tongue piercing too?"

Lillian: "Ah." She says. "I've never been there. What's it like?"

Luca: "Well, the buildings pretty much all look the same, and it's surrounded by lush hillsides. Kind of boring actually. . .nothing really happened there."

Lillian: But boring is good compared to other things. "I think it sounds very nice," she said.

Luca: "Yeah. . .so, are you going to Carnevale?" I asked. That was another reason why I came to Venice. The largest Carneval of the year.

Lillian: she took a sip of her coffee, dreading the thought of going back out in the rain. "Well...I'm normally not much of the party type," she confessed, and then had second thoughts. Maybe it would be fun.

Luca: "I was planning on going, if that makes you feel any better." I looked out into the rain. Hopefully it would clear up by the actual events. . .
