Help With Pictures?

I've seen other people using pictures in their posts, but I can't work out how.

Can someone please explain how you manage this?

click on the icon with the little picture with the blue file thing in front, pick your picture then click host it and highlight the copy one (middle)--i usually press control C on the keyboard also and then press control V to paste the pic.
