Appearance: Logan has the surfer look although he couldn't surf to save his life. His sandy blonde hair stands out against his tanned skin. His eyes are the color of the ocean, which only adds to the surfer look. He's five foot eight with broad swimmer shoulders and slightly toned muscles.
Bio: Logan's parents have wanted nothing to do with him once he told them he was gay. Since he was 17, he has been living with his older sister, Sarah, only blocks away from the university.

Bio: Melisa first realized her sexuality at a high school party when she was playing spin the bottle and kissed her best friend and liked it. Her parents know that she's bi, and they don't really care. Just as long as she has a good future, they're on her side.

Bio: Born in New England, but moved to Florida when he was 12. He's adjusted to the heat and he doesn't really tan. He's had a fairly normal childhood, a single mom and a sister and brother. His sister is 6 now and his brother is a junior in high school.

Appearance: Long chestnut brown hair in beachy waves with the occassional braid in it. She has bleach blonde tips and bright hazel eyes. Her skin is fair with a few freckles and and has full lips. She stands at 5'4 and she has a slight hourglass figure, but she's still thin.
Bio: Born and raised in Florida, she's used to the heat and humidity. She's wanted to go to the university of Florida since she was little and now she feels like all of her dreams are coming true. She is still on the path of discovering herself and she's open to anything at least once. Her mother and father are supportive of everything she does.

In the water, Logan felt peace. He felt as if everything around him was just a part of another world, another life. It wasn't until he came up for breath that he'd be hit with reality again, but that'd only last a second. He'd be back under for another hard swimming stroke in no time, ready to leave it all behind again and again.

Raz smiled, walking into the pool room, but not to swim. He had a mini-course for his major, involving the "therapy pool" aka hot tub. He was working on a major in physical therapy and now he was going to be an assistant during a session. A smaller girl was in the long tub, working her leg. He knew her from school, she had shattered a hip and now she was finally coming back from it. He knelt down by the tub, watching as the therapist spoke softly.

Logan swam a couple more laps before finally hauling himself up onto the side. He sat there, trying to catch his breath before walking into the locker room and drying off. His eyes scanned the pool room and rested on a therapy session going on over in the corner.

Raz's eyes snapped up, hearing the quiet breathing of another person. He met the boys eyes and smiled slightly before turning his head back to the session. He had taken nearly a page of notes and he cocked his head, listening a little closer to the benefits of the therapy tub, even to the uninjured.

Rigel walked down one of the book filled aisles of the library. She was still searching. Philosophy was a huge section across the wall and she still hadn't found the right book to study with. She brushed a blonde tipped piece of hair from her eyes and groaned.

Abbie stepped into the pool room, immediately the hot, humid air washing over her. Ugh, why was she here again...? That's right, drop off this paper to the athlete's office for that kid with a broken arm. Which doesn't stop them from walking here themselves...sheesh...
She looked around for the labeled door the guy had said to go into, glad for a short sleeve tshirt even if it showed her scars which were actually starting to fade with whatever the doctor gave her to put on them.

Logan smiled slightly at the guy before standing up and situating his swimming trunks. He hated those humiliating speedos, and would only wear them when he absolutely had to. Now was not one of those times, thank God. Running his fingers through his wet hair, spiking it up in the process, he walked into the locker room and turned on a shower.

Raz sighed when the therapist had finally finished her mini lecture and started out of the room, putting his book in his bag. He nearly rushed into a girl,looking up, kind of shocked. "Sorry," he said with a wry chuckle. "I didn' see you there."

Abbie give a small smile. "That's fine," she said quietly, going around him once she spotted the door. She wanted to get out of here before her curls decided to go crazy in this humidity, dropping off the letter quickly and going out again, outside seeming sort of cool compared to that hot house. Why had she chosen Florida, of all places? She sighs and walks away, heading to the library for that book her professor was making them read. At least this place was air conditioned...

Logan reached for his towel, only to find it missing. Looking around, he remembered leaving it on the benches in the pool room. "Shit," he muttered, turning off the shower and walking back out there.

Raz ran a hand through his dark hair and finished putting his bag away. He looked up to see the boy from earlier, the swimmer. His eyes darted down and he started out of the room, only glancing back to see what the boy was going for. A towel. Gah... Next class. Anatomy/ Physiology.

After cleaning up and getting his books, Logan started toward his next class, Anatomy, only stopping to talk every once in a while. He sat in his desk just in time for the bell to ring, grateful that he wouldn't get another tardy slip.

Raz walked into class right after the bell had rung, his full lips pursed slightly. He took the empty seat next to the one person he didn't realize was in his class. The pool guy. He threw a half smile his way and pulled out his human diagram, which was loaded with notes and little page markers.

Logan smiled at the therapy guy, surprised to see him in the class. He really needed to pay more attention to the people around him. Just as he was about to pull out his human diagram as well, his phone started to go off, All Summer Long blaring from its speakers.
"Shit," he muttered, fumbling to turn it off.
The professer raised his eye brows before walking up to him. Embarrassed, Logan checked the caller ID before handing it over with a murmured sorry. It had been Laney. Figures.

Abbie works silently at a library table, taking out her notebook full of scribbles as she reads along this damned near bedtime story of an encyclopedia, determined to take a few notes so it at least looks like she knew what she was talking about in class.

Raz chuckled a little as the boy fumbled. "Nice," he said, his smile remaining as he watched the boy finally get his act together. "I haven't seen you around before," he said, cocking his head. "But I'm just not so observant... I'm Raz," he said.

Rigel stood on her tip-toes, trying to grab the book she had finally decided on. She dragged it out of its spot on the shelf and didn't see or expect the book that was on top of it. It dropped down, its spine, landing on her foot. She let out a small yelp and quickly covered her mouth.

Logan gave a small smile, glancing over at Raz. "I'm Logan," he murmured. "I've only been here for about a month though."

Abbie looked up from the encyclopedia, half annoyed but also half relieved for the distraction. She could read the scene easily. Lazy people don't ever put books back where they belong... She bites her lips a moment shyly. "You...alright?" she says, her usual voice sounding like a whisper anyway.

Rigel set her book down on the ground, picking up the one she dropped. "Yeah, no injuries," she said, sliding the book into its correct spot, with some tip-toeing. The girl was reading... An encyclopedia? Really? Huh...

Raz 's lips twitched into a smirk. "That explains it. Nice to meet you," he whispered and then glanced back to the teacher.
