Dillon smiled and continued to lead her through the forest, when they finally arrived back at the home. "Well, we're here."

Megan smiled and went through the cracked back door. She looked around and saw to workers walking by and sheslid past them.

Megan lead Dillon to the pool room again and nobody ws there. She smiled and sat down on the floor smelling the rose.

Megan looked at him and sighed. "Before my mother died she always planted roses. My father still kept the rose bushes and the house always smelled like roses."

Dillon shrugged. "It's all right. I was able to email her sometimes." Things were never really all right at home. His dad freaked out when he knew what his son was capable of. Never let him go outside, then decided to let him be someone else's problem. That's how he ended up here at this dump.

Dillon grinned. "There was a bush out there, of course." There really wasn't one, obviously. He just liked to use his powers, especially when it made other people happy.
