Rehab for the supernatural

Powers,magic, super abilities, magic creatures they not a secret to hide anymore. Everyone knows they are out there and they are real. We don't have a problem with them they are free to be their self. The problem we have is that they gave a problem with their control its like a drug addiction. So more example are vampire can't drain people, witch can't control magic,ect... So for the safe for the normal people we force to go to rehab house to learn to control. Also staff members that run rehab house can tell if the people still have an addiction is that they actually have two addiction 1 is contorl problem and other so strange or some kind of addiction. If they still have other addiction then they still have contorl problem.
