(Thats sounds better, but I don't think there should be a voice telling them about the powers, they should discover them on their own.)

(It's not a voice, it's a man behind a glass wall (so they can't hurt him) saying that they've been genetically altered and then disappearing when they get mad.)

I think Shock! and I both want the powers to come on naturally. And I think they should enhance natural abilities our charries had to begin with. Like, an easy one would be Aiden. He could have some sort of control over water, being a surfer.

I don't know, not all of them have to be enhanced, but it would make the theory behind their powers stronger.

Yeah, they can be superheroes but also be last on Earth. That would be a neat combo, they could even possibly "heal" the Earth using their powers.

They'd have to have some healing stuff or something. You can't create...wait, you know how dirty water is a mix of water and dirt? Someone can control elements. That would help.
