All the Other Kids

Teenagers, they are very difficult to control. Especially the ones that have supernatural abilities and are constantly breaking the law. Ones that are contract killers because of the ability to generate bladed weapons from their bodies, thieves able to eliminate the sound of any movement they make, and hackers with the ability to 'talk' to and see the data stream are only a few examples.
There is a group that has banded together to form a group to protect each other and help each other. They are constantly on the run from a special forces unit called the Protectors. They believe they are protecting the innocents of the general public.

When she gets particularly emotional (angry or scared, usually), her powers will sometimes go outta whack.

David:
I whistle calmly as I walk away, from yet another murder. My hand is covered with blood but that is something to be expected considering my hand grows my weapon when I need it. I call it murder others use more elgant words, like "assassination" and they call me an "assassin". But, I know what I am, a murderer, but its the only way for me to make money. I sigh and start running as I hear the sirens.


Lysa:
"Idiots!" I say then curse. There had been another assassination and this time not on some random human but on the police chief of New Angeles himself. I sweat again slam my fists on the steering wheel then peel out of the parking lot. I am looking for a caucasian male with blood covering his right arm. How hard could it be? Crazy hard as it turns out.

(New Angeles is the city they are in like a mixture of LA and NYC)

Mel: I.... was horrifically bored. I had no jobs right now, nothing to steal. It was boring. I debated setting something on fire, but thought better of it. No need to attract unwanted attention...... so i wandered around, hands in the pockets of my baggy black cargo pants, watching the toes of my combat boots appear and disappear as i walked. What to do...?


Pierce: Great.... someone else was dead. I had just recieved the call and was now on the streets, heading through the city. Some kid with a bloody arm? That had to be conspicuous, right? But id been told that so far, noone was getting anywhere in finding him.

Esmeralda
I darted across the roof tops, eyes trained downward as I watched the scene unfold. Another murder. The minds below me swirled chaotically.
~ Death. Dead. Stabbing. Chief. Help. Police. Catch him.~
It was overwhelming to say the least. One thought followed by the next. Each running through me like freight train; fast and blurry.
I scowled and blinked, nearly losing my balancing and falling to my death. Stupid people. I pushed back, trying to guard my mind and ignore the thoughts around me as I made my way to ground level.

David:
I quickly scaled a fire escape and began running from roof top to roof top. My black hoodie sweatshirt all butmaking me invisible against the night sky. But, whenever the moon hit me my arm glistened with the still wet blood. I come to a building with a really far gap to the other side. I scowl grow a really thick blade in my hand and jump off. In mid air I turn and stab the blade into the concrete. A huge gash is cut as I fall but it does slow my fall.

Lysa:
As I drive I am looking at the sidewalk around me looking for some kid trying to blend in. No luck. Then I see something moving on a building to my right. "What the..." I mutter. I then see that its my target sliding down the side of the building a knife slowing his fall.
