I eye him, unsure. What was that supposed to mean, exactly? It's comfortable, obviously. You don't merely sit on a bed, which the couch technically was for me, you lay on it. "What do you think it means?" I ask curiously.

"Well, there are certain implications you sort of...set into motion by lying down in the middle of a session of... this all." I stated calmly. Perhaps I had misinterpreted it?

"Wait, seriously? Because, I don't want to infringe upon your privacy in an unwanted way for my own enjoyment...That's simply rude." I asked, being as polite as possible about this whole thing. Because on the one hand... I did enjoy a bit of... entertainment one could say. However, on the other hand, engaging in that kind of entertainment without explicit permissions was simply... Well, it seems to be one of the few things that have ethics pertaining to them, in my book.

Why would I have anything against a bit of fun? I cared very little with regards to what happens with this body. It was just a tool for me, why not be a tool for him? "Don't mistake me for the girl. I'm serious. Whatever you want, I don't care."

"...Alright then." I stated. "In that case, do we want to continue with this here, or move upstairs?" I asked, barely concealing a bit of a grin. ...I briefly wondered whether I cared that the girl that was effectively real estate had no permission with regards to what was happening. ...She wasn't in charge of anything at the moment anyway. I suppoused it didn't really matter.

"Upstairs would be better, hm?" I answer. His grin's contagious, even if he's attempting not to do so. I don't truly answer the question though. Again, whatever. He seriously needs to get some opinions if he's going to be ruling this place someday...

"Oh, yes...Much better. Better acoustics...better..." I pretended to glance at the other arm of the sofa. "Horizontal length management..." I finished after a moment of thinking about how to phrase that. I noticed that my teeth were clicking a bit as a result of the ridiculous grin I was trying to suppress.

She kissed me again. I put an arm around her, which was kind of awkward, due to proportions and whatnot, and then stood us both up to head upstairs. "Of course we're going." I stated, still grinning.

...Hugging. Not the beverage. I took a note of that, for future reference. "Good to know I can do something right the first time..." I stated. "Though this... hugging seems to be easier in that it does not require contact with inherently sharp bits of anatomy." I added as we ascended. This was going to be somewhat bizarre in that it wasn't a one night stand of some sort. I suppoused I'd think about that later. This... This was no time or place for consideration of that nature.

I leave him, sitting down upon his bed before him. "So initiate something," I tell him, tilting my head slightly. Why chitchat now... Silliness.

"...Alright..." I stated. This was not actually how things normally went when I had...encounters of this sort. It normally went something like...they pulled me off to somewhere while I grinned, and then... Further extrapolation is unnecessary I think. At any rate, this was bizarre.

I attempted to emulate the previous experiences I'd had and sat down next to her, and...

Really, I'm not going to bother extrapolating further.

I lay next to him on my side for space on the smallish bed, though it was larger than the couch, adjusting as need be to be comfortable. My eyes are closed still, from the event's happening to now, because...well, what do you really look at? It was for enjoyment's sake, sight did a number on distracting from that. So eyes closed, not like Face really cared.

Practice... Seems like he's done this before. For a sixteen year old, really got around hm?

Edgar:

Well, that had been fun. I heard her roll onto her side on the mattress next to me, and again had to wonder what exactly was suppoused to happen next. I mean, one cannot simply get dressed and walk out of one's own house with no explanation. Typically after an evening such as this one, I just leave, but...considering that this is my house...That method isn't really feasible as a realistic option. This is somewhat unfortunate because I cannot simply leave without saying anything now, which is constructing this awkward... silence.

I figured that I had two options. Lie here for a while and see if she says anything, or engage some kind of conversation about something completely unrelated and presumably both trivial and mundane. ...Now what kind of unquestionably mundane topic could I possibly breach in a way that made some semblance of sense? ...I could ask what time it was, since I still had other things to do this evening...though that would probably come off as odd... I could ask about food...

...Forget it. I decided to let the silence spiral for a while until she said something...because, quite frankly, I wasn't sure how to initiate a conversation that would make any semblance of contextual sense without coming across as some degree of preposterous.

It's quiet. I finally open my eyes to look at him there, simply laying there. He doesn't have a clue as to what to do, huh? Just let him sweat it out, or do something...

Eh, he's put me in a good mood. I lean over and kiss his jawline beneath his ear, giggling slightly. "Good practice?" I whisper, starting to slide out of his bed and collect my shirt from the floor.

I felt her lips against my jaw for a moment before...Ah, good. Something I could respond to. "Yes. That...That was very good practice." I stated as she got dressed. I contemplated getting up to get my own clothes...but I didn't particularly feel like getting up at the moment.

Ha. I glance back, just slinging my shirt over my shoulder. He's too awkward for his own good...
"Well, you have your school and OS stuff. I'll be reading homework for practice. Good evening," I say, bowing slightly at the stairs before going down, flopping out on my couch.

Edgar:

And with that...I was alone. A few more moments of lying here like this, listening to the new floors...my new furniture... and then...off to do something. I finally got up and pulled my clothes back on, and immediately set to work on the OS Beta. I logged several hours attempting to get a better voice to text programme set up there, and finally reached that point where things just get too stupid to deal with at 1 am, and realised that I hadn't eaten since lunch.

...That should be remedied immediately. I crept silently downstairs, uncertain as to whether or not she'd still be awake or sleeping or... Really I didn't know what to expect, and as such just hurried down there, fixed myself a bagel and immediately turned to go upstairs prior to eating it. Didn't need to get my tongue skewered on it amidst an attempt to be stealthy.

I slipped on my shirt downstairs before sitting on the couch and getting out the papers given today at school. I read the homework assignments given; though didn't do them as usual, simply using them as reading practice.

I proceed through the also usual act simply putting the papers in my neat stack by Lumi's bag of clothes for later reference, then lay down on my side beneath the blanket atop the couch. More comfortable than the floor, thank God. No, Internet... I'd never get that right...

Face came down after a couple hours, and I open my eyes to watch as he grabs a bagel quietly...like I slept...before going to return upstairs. I close my eyes again midway through that process. His flat, he was free to do as he wished without my interjection. Just going through the annoyingly needed procedure of 'rest'...

Edgar:

I realised that today was a Saturday at about six thirty am. This implied that I ought to get dressed for work...which, wasn't that taxing really, considering the fact that I seemed to have passed out in front of the OS after the bagel last night, and, as such was still wearing whatever I'd had on. A very large part of me simply wanted to stay in whatever I was currently wearing for convenience, but... decorum told me that wearing the same hing out of the house two days in a row was wildly inappropriate...especially considering their recent encounter with the floor a few hours back.

After a few moments, I got up and pulled on a different set of clothes, hoping that everything matched properly.

I proceeded downstairs. "Good morning." I stated. "I will be gone for several hours today, being employed." I continued.

No school? There were days off then. Interesting. I suppose I should learn the weekly schedule of things then. But later, he seemed to be going places.

I guessed that, because of the lack of invite, I wasn't going with him. Which was boring, and annoying. I wouldn't be sitting somewhere for 'several hours' doing nothing now that I could go about.

"I believe I might go back to Luminescence's then, and take some of her furniture back here," I say in reply, sitting up slowly from under my bed sheet. Among which would be another blanket; it was frustratingly cold last night and though I had withdrawn the ability to feel it, the body was still set on getting goosebumps every five minutes.

Sitting with my legs crossed now, I look him up and down for a moment. "You've got a brown shoe and a black shoe on," I tell him, getting up to go riffle through my bags of whatnot for my own clothes.

Post by Invisimort Mon Jun 04, 2012 6:58 pm

Edgar:

"Attaining more furniture would be a fantastic use of your time." I told her as I peeled one of the shoes off my foot... Stupid colours... Always being so difficult. One day I'd just figure out how to get a braille label maker and label all my clothes so that I would never get confused. "perhaps more storage of some kind... I'm sure we both look a wrinkly mess by this point... No closet... I should have thought of that sooner." I added over my shoulder as I went upstairs to see if I could divine the correct shoe colour.

After a few minutes of irritation over shoes, I just brought one back downstairs. I would have waited for her to finish up with whatever clothing swapping she was doing, however considering the fact that last night happened, I asserted that perhaps it wasn't too much of an issue to just traipse downstairs. Privacy of that nature wasn't really a prevalent problem...anymore.

"Does this match whatever I have on my foot currently?" I asked, holding it in front of me for inspection. It was for matters like this that I sometimes wished for eyes...however that never really lasted long, because then I would try to conceptualise vision and typically just gave myself a killer migrane trying to think of the rate at which someone must process all those confusing neural signals that indicated colour and depth or whatever people who saw saw.

I glance at him over my shoulder, pulling up some constructed equivalent of skinny jeans after I had pulled on a sort of loose long sleeved hooded shirt that felt as though it would be waterproof. "Yes, it matches." Or...at least they were the same color.

"What time am I to expect you back? With the only key and all, I'd like not to be standing around in the rain." Maybe I'd make a hat out of duct tape, if I couldn't simply have an umbrella. They seemed to have a lot around here.
