Wisty: I sigh, giving up. I gaze at their shadows. Never look them in the eye. Like I could...

Ambrosia - I frown a little, "You don't believe us."

Wisty: "It's not that," I assure softly. "You just don't know how many times I've heard that."

Ambrosia - "And how many times they've let you done?" I guess

Wisty: I laugh humorlessly. "You are a good guesser. But, yes. Not only that, I took the fall for it." I sigh in frustration. "Let's just drop it, okay? Let me be weird alone."

Rose: After an hour of negotiation, I asked "So its agreed that we cut you a deal on milk and bread, instead of 50 gold pieces a ton, 25 gold pieces a ton?" The dignitary nodded. "Okay. Hand over the first payment and you can take it home with you." The dignitary handed over 50 gold pieces. I beckoned a servant over. "See that these men get a ton of milk and a ton of bread. Get them from the Trade Center." The servant hurried off, and I stood up along with the dignitaries. I shook each of their hands, and another servant escorted them out. "All done." I said, turning to the rest of my council.

Luke: I nod slowly. "Good. We're finished. And now?"

Rose: "Well... Go do whatever you want. Council dismissed." I said, and walked off to my room. I shut the door and changed out of my council clothes and into jeans and a purple top. I looked out the window at the stars, and pulled on my leather boots from earlier. I snuck outside, and went to my rose garden. I layed on the bench and gazed up at the summer night sky.

Luke: But I didn't want to do anything... So I go to my room, change into more casual clothes and walk out to the balcony, sitting on one of the folding chairs and placing my hands behind my head. Best thing to do if there was nothing else.

Rose: Where I was, my mental state, was so... peaceful. The Young Realm had shown up, everything was done. Just looking at the stars made me think of my horrible past. But that had been long ago, and my place in the world is so different now.

Luke: It takes me a minute to wonder why Rose's thoughts were so close, then I realize her rose garden was on the balcony above mine. I listen curioiusly, because Rose didn't usually talk about her past

Rose: Was that someone on the balcony? It sure looked like it. I sat up and pulled my gun from its holster and aimed up. "Who's there?" I demanded.

Luke: I sit up. "It's Luke, Rose," I say calmly.

Rose: I chuckled nervously. "Whoops. Sorry about that Luke. Quit spying on me."

Luke: "I didn't arrange the rooms, love. I can't help it. Your thoughts were too close."

Rose: "Well, come down here then." I said as I slipped the gun back in its holster.
