Taurus: Excuse me if I'm not hypervenilating, I think. The shock of it all must not have slapped me in the face yet. But I follow her anyway, because honestly being lost with someone else is better than being on your own. No matter hiw eccentric.

Margo: "Psh, those crusty old men don't know anything about us."

Shay: Honestly, the real reason I was keeping this guy, Eric, nearby was because he knew too much. He had seen me when I was weak, not acting like Queen at all. I couldn't let him go, or he may let my weak moment be known to everyone else. And then I'd have to seriously mull him. "So...we need to come up with a nickname for you. Eric is just so BLAH."

Rosalie: "true." I agreed, laughing.

Eric: I frown in confusion. "Eric is my name," I say. "There's no nickname for 'Eric.' It just is." You don't just mess with a good thing.

Shay: "No, like a whole new name. Not Taurus...that's too official," I mused.

Aries: I put my hands in my pockets and frown. "This place is so boring," I say. "And people wonder why I get in trouble everyday. I swear, I don't even know why the hell I'm here."

Eric: I bite my cheek but stay quiet. Oh gosh, here we go. She's gonna find some way to make Taurus connect to some other freakish nickname that would only make sense in an alternate universe. And then I'll be stuck with "Fluffums" or "BS" for the rest of the year because bulls are fluffy and bs stands for bull sh.t. I wince at the thought.

Shay: He looked afraid, and I smirked. Eric probably thought I'd give him some weirdo nickname. Nahhh. "How about...Bull? It makes you sound threatening."

Eric: I nod. "I'm not in a motorcylce gang," I murmur. "I don't need to be threatening."

(I didn't know if I was making Eric act right for a Taurus, so I looked it up... Apparently, I hit it right on the head. Prudent, resisitant to change, hates fights, stubborn, peace loving. Woot!)

*high fives for good character*

Shay: "Ah, but if you're friends with me you're part of my gang," I shrugged slightly, just with one shoulder.

Eric: I stick out my tongue. "I didn't sign up to be apart of a gang! I still don't see what was so wrong with Eric- I've met at least four Shay's in my whole life and I'm not making you change your name."

Shay: "Well you're part of the gang now, whether you like it or not," I half-growled, my eyes narrowed. "How many Shakira's do you know?"

Eric: Hm... She's getting testy again. What the hell did I sign myself up for? "Well, there's famous Shakira," I point out. "And everyone will think of her qhen they see you." Although maybe that wasn't the smartest thing to say...

Shay: "Exactly why I go by Shay," I snapped as we came to 108. "By the way, you're my lab partner. I don't want to be stuck alone since you're the only one I know in this class."

Eric: "But there's a whole room full of people," I say. "You can find someone to be with. I'm not even good at this crap and there has to be some lonely egg head in there who wouldn't mind buddying up with the new girl."

Shay: "But I want you to be my partner," I batted my eyelashes, flirtily and innocently, and placed one hand lightly on his shoulder. I was using my natural Leo charm. I wanted him as my partner because he was cuter than the 'egg head's and I wanted to look like I already was popular on my first day.

Eric: I blink. "What the hell's up with your eye?" I ask as I take a step back. "Sheesh, I'll be your partner. No need to start twitching or anything." I mean I guess I'd have to be her partner anyway. Like hell if I'm working with the egg head.

Shay: I rolled my eyes and pulled my hand back like he was on fire. "Good. And just for the record, if anyone asks, you were the one begging to be my partner, alright?"
