Eric: I nod. Tell everyone she paid me if they asked. Got it, although hopefully most of these guys have lives. I open the door as maybe twenty other faces turn to look at us.

Shay: I walked in front of Eric, over to a table smack in the middle of the room. Center - that was where I loved to be. I sat down one one of the stools and crossed my legs, scanning the other faces in the room.

Eric: I sigh and hand the teacher my schedual. "Um, hey. We're the new students." He nods and puts the paper on his desk before pointing out open desks. One of them's next to a really cute girl and I grimace. I just had to say yes, didn't I. But a promise is a promise and I end up following Shay nonetheless, much to the sudden interest of several people.

Shay: Our table, Eric/Bull's and mine, was attracting attention. It might have been because he was cute, but I liked to think it had something to do with me. Either way, I'd soak up as much of it as I could.

Eric: My eyebrow twitches a bit as I feel all the eyes. What, they've never seen a couple of new kids before? But hey, might as well use it to my advantage. "Hey," I say to the cute girl. "Do you have a pencil I can borrow? I can't find mine."
