This isn't my body!

Alex- "I'm in 10th. How bout you?"

Max: "I'm a junior."

Alex- "Cool," I tell him as someone knocks on the door. My eyes grow wide and I hide in the back clothes room.


((Be back tomorrow.))

(okay.)

Max: I looked up. "Come in," I said as Alex disappeared.

Alex- I lock the door and press my ear against the door to listen to the conversation.

(who came in?)

((The principal's wife. How about they were supposed to have lunch together in his office??))

(haha! great idea. max hates her.)

Max: I saw Mrs. Campbell come in and cringed. I'd forgotten they were married.

Mrs. Campbell: Hey, honey. I made you a salad.

Max: I hate salad. "Oh. Um...thank you."

Mrs. Campbell: I turned around. "Who's that lady outside?"

Alex- I try not to laugh. Mrs. Campbell had always been jealous of the receptionist, Ms. Hamptons.

Max: She was talking about Alex. "Just a student, dear."

Mrs. Campbell: "Really? Let me talk to her." I walked over to the door before he could stop me.

Alex- The door was locked so she couldn't get in. "Thank goodnes," I whisper, then say louder in Laura's preppy voice, "I'm changing."

Max: "Leave her alone, dear."

Mrs. Campbell: I nodded. "Okay. So, are we going out for lunch?"

Max: "How about dinner instead? I have a lot of work to do."

Mrs. Campbell: "Alright, honey. I'll see you later." With that, I left the office, wondering if he was keeping something from me.

Alex- I wait a few minutes then unlock the door and come out. "Good thing I like to lock doors. That was kinda close." I sit in a chair and prop my feet up on the desk again.

Max: I snorted. "Close? Dude. What if she kissed me? That wouldn't have ended well."

Alex- I tried my hardest not to laugh but failed and ended up laughing so hard that I cried.

Max: I groaned. "It's not funny!" I had to get out of the principal's body!

Alex- I calm down to a girlie giggle- one that I don't use often- and look at him. "No you're- *giggle*- No you're right. It's not fun- *giggle* *giggle*- not funny."

Max: I sighed. "Obviously, you think it is."

Alex- I clear my throat. "No. I'm sorry. That was mean. I'm sorry. No it's not funny," i tell him, completely calm now.

Max: I groaned. "What do I do?"

Alex- "I really don't know. I hate being in Laura's body. I want my own back!" I frown ready to cry but never going to show it.

Max: "Then we should look for your body already," I said.

Alex- "And we can find yours too while we're doing that. I just have to change back first." I go back into the clothes room and change back into Laura's clothes, packing the t-shirt and jeans into a bag to take later.

Max: "I told you, mine's at my house. Mine will be easy to find."

Alex- I walk back out of the room. "Okay. Well let's go. I'll walk out first so no one gets suspitious." I walk out of his office and down the hall some way.
