Sophie: I looked up. "We're here!" I exclaimed, excited.

Alex: I sat talking with the girl next to me, the other Ravenclaw for a bit, when the cute girl announced that we had arrived. I got out first, and held the door of the carriage open for them.

Sophie: "Thanks," I said to the boy. Had I asked for his name yet? I couldn't remember.

Alex: I stopped the first girl I talked to. "I apologize, but I never caught your name. What is it?"

Sophie: "Hm?" I asked. "My name's Sophie. What's yours again?"

Alex: "Alex Kirkland. Pleasure to meet you."

Sophie: I smiled. "Same to you." We started walking towards the castle. "It's great to be back. I can't believe I've never seen you before."

Alex: "I'm surprised you haven't." I honestly was. I was a Quidditch fan favorite, but not as much of a favorite as Harry was.

Sophie: I raised an eyebrow. "Hm. Cocky much?"

Alex: "No, not really. Just... I'm genuinely surprised. I don't like it much, but I thought everyone knew me."

Sophie: I rolled my eyes. "Exactly. Cocky much?"

Alex: "It's not a cocky thing, it was a fact thing." I frowned. Was I really sounding that cocky?

Sophie: I crossed my arms. "Alright. Why would you think everyone knows you?"

Alex: "Because, or so I've heard, I'm a Gryffindor fan favorite on the Quidditch team."

Sophie: Oh. "You're on Quidditch? I don't follow it that much."

Alex: "I'm a(?) Gryffindor Chaser."

(?) can't remember if there are one or two chasers.

(I think there are three, actually.)

Sophie: "Oh," I said. "Those are the ones that score points, right?"

Alex: "Yes. You're right."

Sophie: "Cool," I said. "I'm not really in to flying. I tried, crashed into a tree, and never wanted to get on a broomstick again."

Alex: I laughed. "That's kind of funny. I remember Nevel Longbottom and how he fell off of a broomstick and broke his wrist, poor boy."

Sophie: I frowned. "I wasn't there. I heard that's how Harry got on the team, though."
