what happens in college

Graham: I shrugged. "No problem. I'm not in a hurry, but you seemed to be."

Sage: I look back at him while the librarian checks my books out. "Yeah, I'm going to be late to my Art History class if I don't hurry."

Graham: "Art History? Are you an artist?" He asked.

Sage: I smiled. "I want to be an art historian."

Graham: I nodded. "Sounds interesting." Kind of. Who was he to talk?

Sage: I smiled. "What about you?"

Graham: "I'm on my last year of prelaw."

Sage: "Wow, are the classes tough?" I asked as we walked out of the library.

Graham: I quickly checked out my book then followed her. "Not too bad." For me, at least.

Sage: "That's good. My sister was a prelaw student, but she didn't do so well."

Tyson: "We can go together later if you want."

Adam: "I will, babe."

Lucy: I smiled. "I'd like that."

Tyson: "Cool. When are you free?"

Brea: I rolled my eyes. Nevermind that hug. I turned, about to go. "Bye."

Adam: I opened my arms. "Do I get a hug?"

(lol too bad he's getting his hug)

Brea: I shook my head. "Calling me "babe" lost you points."

Adam: "Fine. Brea, can I have a hug? Please?"

(LOL!)

Brea: "Fine," I said reluctantly, though I secretly wanted the hug.

Adam: I wrapped my arms around her. "I'll see you tomorrow."

Brea: The hug gave me butterflies. Ugh, I was such a girl. I turned again, quickly, so he wouldn't see the stupid smile on my face. "See you." I walked off, trying not to show the pain in my ankle.

Adam: She was walking funny. That wasn't good. But what could I do about it?

Brea: I got home...eventually.

-skips to next day-

Brea: My shift was almost over, just a little longer.

Adam: I was sitting in my usual place, waiting for Brea. I was surveying what I thought everyone's heights were today.

Brea: I finished up and went to Adam's table. "Hey, what's today's survey?"

Adam: "It's a hard one. I'm trying to decide what everyone's heights are."
