what happens in college

Brea: I grinned. "Yeah, it's cute. Now buy it."

Adam: I laughed. "Demanding much?" I asked, going to pay for him.

Brea: "Yes, I am. Now what are you going to name...it?"

Adam: I frowned. "Hm..."

(I don't want him to name it after her right away! Maybe it should have a personality like hers? )

Brea: "You keep thinking."

Adam: The puppy was squirming in my arms a little. "Hm. Not sure if he likes me."

Brea: I raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure it's a he?"

Adam: I sighed. "You think it's a she?"

Brea: "Well you shouldn't just assume...."

Adam: "Well, if it's a she, I'm...naming it after you," I spontaneously decided.

Brea: I raised an eyebrow and smile in amusement. "What? Why?"

Adam: "Because. I don't have any other good girl names for dogs."

Brea: I rolled my eyes. "Oh...well shouldn't you buy he/she/it now?"

Adam: "Fine," I said, walking over to the counter. When it was confirmed the puppy was a girl, I grinned. "Alright. Her name is Brea."

Brea: I smiled a little and nodded once. "Alright."

Adam: I paid for the puppy. "Alright, I guess I better put her in my apartment." I grinned. "Eric's gonna freak."

Brea: "Good. I don't like that guy."

Adam: I laughed. "No chiz, huh?"

Brea: I shrugged. "Well have fun dealing with angry Eric." I smiled.

Adam: I laughed. "Yeah, you should probably go home and not come with me."

Brea: I blinked. "I wasn't going to come with you, anyway," I mumbled. "Okay bye." I turned to go.

Adam: "Bye," I called to her and headed back to my apartment.

Brea: That actually went okay...maybe this friendship thing would work out.
