Children of the Fire

Michael- "So, do you go to school around here?"

Leah stared out off of Mara's balcony. She wasn't allowed to go to school. She growled under her breath. I won't break, she thought. I just want to leave the house. She smiled and let the little wings form on her back before leaping from the balcony and going in the direction she saw Mara go.

(I just love Leah. She's so cute!)

(I know, I couldn't stand leaving her alone. ))

Leah landed on the beach, a little awkwardly. After she was done tumbling head over heels down the sand she pulled herself up and started walking. Mara was near by, she knew it.

Mara- I could feel someone was close by. Maybe it was David.

Leah spotted Mara on the sand and ducked back into the bushes at the top of the beach. Creeping over to where she was behind her she jumped forward and onto Mara's back.

(Yep, sneaky little kid.lol I love it!)

Mara- "Ahh!" I was startled by whatever jumped on me. I looked to see Leah clinging happily to my back. "Hey! What are you doing out here?"

Leah grinned, "Goin' to school with ya!" She clung to Mara's back unwilling to let go and be sent back home.

Mara- I laughed and tried to tickle Leah.

Leah started giggling and almost fell of her back.

Mara- I caught Leah before she could fall and held her in front of me. I smiled. "Gotcha!"

Leah kept giggling and wrapped her arms around Mara's neck. "Nu-uh! I got you!"

(I just realized that I'm listening to the song you have as your signature.lol)

Mara- I smiled again. Leah was such a sweet person. She should be allowed to go to school, even if she is fraile. Maybe she could toughen up a little bit.

((Lolz I love that song.))

Leah smiled up at Mara again. "Please......" She gave a puppy dog look.

Mara- Oh not the puppy eyes!! They make Leah too cute for her own good. "What would Mom say?"

Bryce- My jaw tightened. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't know my parents. "That's sad," I replied.

Megan shrugged "I got over it..." SHe whispered knowing that she was lying

(Waiting on condog)

Bryce- "So do you go to school around here?"

Megan nodded. "Yep.." She whispered.

Bryce- "Me too."

Megan looked at him in curiousty "Which school?"

Bryce- "Coastal High School."

Megan laughed softly "I go there as well... why havent I seen you around?" She asked softly.
