Bryce- I sat next to her carefully, still caressing her lovely face. How could I explain to her that I had a duty to kill dragons. If I didn't, how else could I protect her from harm? "There's no way you could ever lose me. I like to make it a habit to stick around." I gave a tiny smile.

Bryce- "Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. But I had to let it go. You could've died out there." I looked at her with sad eyes. She had come so close to dying. I couldn't let myself let that happen again.
