This is War!

Adam and Alex looked at her and Alex rubbed the back of his head. "Uh, well we said we'd leave first thing in the morning. He don't really plan on staying long and wouldn't want to take advantage of your hospitallity."

Mum frowned, "We'll see about that. You're not leaving injured. "

The boys looked at each other then back at Mum. This definatly was going to be an interesting stay. "Yes ma'am." They answered in unison, not wanting to argue with her. She looked like the kind of woman to beat them with a rolling pin.

Mum smiled and finished patching them up about the time yelling followed by the sound fighting came from the general direction of where Amber and Zordon went.

Alex smiled kindly at Mum. "Thank you."
"Do they always fight like that?" Adam blurted out and Alex hit him in the back of the head. Now that they were patched up it was alright. "What?"
"Don't be rude."

Mum smiled, "Always." A loud bang was followed by Amber screaming at Zordon and him laughing his head off.

Alex looked back at the place that Amber and Zordon were and shook his head. He didn't know how she put up with them. Not even him and Adam were that bad, though..they could get pretty bad.

((Tara and Deidra are still in town and Alex and Adam are with Amber and Zordon at their house getting patched up))

Mum sighed and stood, "I'll just be a moment." Then she headed in the direction of the screaming. "If you two don't quit fighting right now you're gonna see how hard my rollin' pin can be, again."

Jacob:
I stumble to a house and knock at the front door. I hold my side which had been shredded by a Corliops. I knock another time in pain.

(Its a bit of a long link but I figured I would use one of the creepiest monsters I could find for the Coliops. Its a future predator from Primmeval)

Mum dragged Zordon into the front room by his ear Anne opened the door. "Hello? Oh, my. " her eyes got wide. "Come in." She pulled the door open the rest of the way.

Alex and Adam watched silently.

Jacob:
I stumble in and say, "Please, I need help. I need to get back and help my men. A Coliops nest. They don't stand a chance"

"Where at?" Alex asked, his face going blank. Adam listened intently.

Mum frowned, "Zordon." She said shoving him out the door. "Get the hunters." She led the stranger to a chair.

"We'll come." Alex said and him and Adam grabbed their swords and followed Zordon.

Jacob:
"Just outside of town" I murmur. "In an old abandoned wearhouse. They like the dark. They have no eyes. Don't expect that to make it easier for you. They see with their ears. They use sonar. The sonar allows them to see your heartbeat every little sound you make. There is no hiding no escape. I need to get back and help my men. I need a weapon!" I bark. I stand and look around. "A gun, a knife, anything. I need cloth and painkillers as well"

"Shut up and sit down." Adam gumbled and closed the door behind him as he and Alex took off towards the warehouse.

Tara and Deidra could hear comotion going on and a smile lit both of their faces as they ran towards the old warehouse.

Jacob:
"I will not stay here and let my men die!" I yell. I grab a curtain and wrap it around my waist. I pull my side arm which I had forgotten about. It was a 9 mm pistol. I then throw open the door and run outside. I follow them to the building seeking to kill the beast that had killed my men.

His men Alex scoffed. The kid wasn't even old enough to have chest hair. Adam followed silently.

((don't mind them Corndog, they are just...them))

Jacob:
I kick open the door to the warehouse and start yelling, "Come on you blind asshole! Lets go!" I hear rustling I slam my night vision goggles down onto my face. I see a Coliops hatchling. I walk over and fire one shot into its head. I hear an angry screech from behind me I turn to see the adult. I raise my gun but it is too quick. The creature slams into me. My gun skitters across the floor. "NO!" I growl. I use one hand to keep the creatures razor sharp teeth at bay while I use the other one to reach for my gun. Instead of grabbing my gun. I touch the lifeless body of one of my men, not just one of my men, my brother. Stunned angry tears fill my eyes. I roar in anger and use my free hand to grab his combat knife. I proceed to stab the creature in the back over and over, but it just won't die. "DIE DAMN YOU!" I yell.

(Okay, i was going to jump in waaaaay back on the 3rd page...but i kind of left for most of yesterday and today... so um how do i jump in?)

Zordon ran from house to house contacting the best of the village hunters. Then was ticked when they raced off to the warehouse and told him to go home. Irritated he followed them silently so not to be noticed.

Amber helped mum prepare for the injured they were sure to receive soon.
