Daggerhorn..

James chuckled as he wrapped an arm around her, his chest protesting against the movement. "Perhaps I have."

Sam shuddered, happily giving in as he slipped the rest of their clothes off and tangled himself with her.

"last night was .. fun though" she grinned, kissing his chest

James chuckled and nodded. "Indeed it was." He said as he rubbed her back.

Josie's body was burning with pleasure.

Illia bowed her head and rushed to Mehina's side. "Sorry, sorry," she muttered. She wasn't sure if this was what she actually wanted to do now... It seemed like so much running around. She didn't understand how Mehina was friendly all the time, either. She had to have some bad days.

Artemis laughed lightly and resumed kissing his chest

James smiled, his eyes closing again as he held her close.

Sam continued hungrily.

Mehina walked towards the end of the camp. "Keep up, keep up. Those lazy healers won't find the herb themselves and there is no point in being on the road without it."

Artemis closed her eyes, trying hard to fight against the vertigo at it hit her agin

Josie didn't no anything but the feel of him and her.

Illia nodded. "What's the herb called?" She asked. She still hadn't gotten all of the details of what they were looking for, but she wanted to be a bit of help.

Sam finally slowed, holding her close.

James kept his arm around her, threatening to fall back asleep.

"Moon's petal." Mehina said as they went into the forest. "It's no herb you've seen before, trust me on that."

Sariah woke and wrapped herself in a blanket and burst from the tent, just in time to be sick.

Illia hadn't even heard of the herb. "What does it look like?" She asked, pushing her hair out of her eager blue eyes.

"well...it looks like.." Mehina trailed off as she searched the ground. "Well here, it looks like this." She groaned slightly as her old bones cracked while she bent down. She held up a small green vine that had crecent leaves on it and small white twisted flowers.

Illia didn't dare crouch down and look at it because she wasn't the most graceful and she fered she might fall and crush it. "It's pretty," she said. "But what does it do?" She asked.

"We use it for lots of things. It's wonderful during birthing, and things like that. It also is good for deep wounds, and wounds beneath the skin." Mehina said as she picked some of the vines with her shakey old hands and handed them up to her.

Illia held the herb in her hands very gingerly and took a small sniff of it. It smelled odd, but sweet. She loved how it looked, the small flowers were cute. "Is this all of it? Do we go back now?"

Lark stood, dressed, and went out to hold her hair.

Josie curled up next to him, unwilling to move an inch away.

"james?" artemis asked, a question dawning on her "are there wolfs in france?"

Sam held her close, staring at the tent ceiling.

James looked at her and sighed and gave a small nod. "They aren't as agressive though."

Sariah shuddered as she coughed and began hurling again.

Mehina shook her head. "No child! Look for some more. We have a long journey ahead of us."

Lark watched worriedly.

Josie snuggled close and took a deep breath. Three little words. That's all she wanted to say. "I ..love you."

Sam stiffened, slightly shocked. Of all the words he had expected to come out of her mouth, those weren't among them. He relaxed a some as the words settled in, a small smile appearing on his face. "I love you too."

Sariah finally finished and blinked a few times to get the tears from her eyes. She turned and burried her face in Lark's chest, her breathing ragged.

Lark leaned down and held her, "Do you need to go to the healers?"

Josie snuggle up against him. Those words settling happiness in her heart. "Even if I'm a pain in the butt?" She teased lightly.

Sam smiled and chuckled. "that's why I love you."

Sariah shook her head. "It's not like they can do anything." she muttered as she her arms around him, her hands a little shakey.

"Lets get you something you can eat." He murmured finally.

Josie grinned, "Why thank you." She gave him a light, teasing kiss on the cheek, milimeters from his lips.

Sam turned and kissed her smiling. "You're very welcome." he chuckled.

Sariah gave a small nod, not letting go of him as he led the way.
