Daughter of Darkness

Kale shook his head, his eyes closing again. "I don't think I'm gonna make it, Artemis." He murmered quietly.

Seph growled at her. "Where are the escapies?" He said, ignoring her comment about her name. He honestly didn't care.

"I don't know"Gabrielle lied

Artemis poked him again "don't say that"

Seph growled, his hand coming across her cheek with brute force. "LIES! WHERE ARE THEY?"

Kale looked back at her and gave a small smile. "I don't think I've got it in me Artemis." Again, another tear. "I'm so sorry."

a little something sparked in artemis and she found it in herself to stand up levitate him into the air. She sighed and poked him one last time "don't be stupid" she continued through the tunnels, her eyes empty and she dragged him along side of her
Gabrielle winced, the force knocking her head sideways "I don't know'' she repeated

Jake was considering the fact that since he had Dani's old job he would be responsible for torturing disobedience now......she smirked at the girl.

Seph glared at her, not at all happy with her refusing to speak. "Jake." He snapped his fingers and pointed to the ground next to him, a motion to tell Jake to come.

Kale felt himself slipping away, his breathing continuing to get shallower.

Gabrielle's willpower did not falter as the guy approached her

Artemis continued forward, finally stumbling into the hide out

Jake moved to the spot immediately. He was pretty good at taking orders that had nothing to do with Mirissa.

((sigh...I'm changing Jamison's name to Jack))

Jack looked up with wide surpised eyes. "Artemis? Kale!" He took Kale, who was barely hanging on by a thread, and took him to his cot.

Sepheroth grolwed, glarring at Gabrielle. "Take her away and do what you want with her."

Jake smirked, "As you wish " he gripped Gabrielle tightly and started towards on of the many rooms set up for such use.

Gabrielle defiantly held his gaze, as jake dragged her way
Artemis collapsed, the exhertion of using her powers that long draining her

Jack went back and picked her up and set her on one of the empty cots, then got some bread and brought it back to her. "Here. Eat." He murmered and then went to tend to Kale, trying to make him alright.

Sepheroth was sitting in his office, his feet up on his desk as he rubbed his eyes with his fingers, anger and frustration only fueling his rage.

Artemis just stared at the food, not sure what to do with it

Mirissa hurried over to Artemis and looked her over for injuries.

Jake strapped her to a special chair in the room and proceeded to tuck her hair out of her eyes. "You know, you are quite beautiful. "

((Also hugs ray* sry I'm a little slow on the pick up of information to my brain. I just finished laundry I've been putting off all week.

Jack grumbled as he tried to figure out what to do that wouldn't cause Kale more pain and damage.

Gabrielle stared him down, reaching out to push her thoughts into his head. one can only hope he forgot to drink the potion "let her go" the thought echo through his head and she waited to see if it would take root

Sepheroth came into the room and glared at Gabrielle and pulled Jake aside. "Drink this." He said handing to to him as soon as they were out of the room

Jake was shaking his head as he gripped the bottle and poured it into his mouth. "B****!" He growled as he realized what she had tried to do. He stomped back into the room.

Gabrielle- Crap. well.. guess that plan back fired

Sepheroth gave a small smile, then started off down the hall in search of Drake's body and his daughters.

Not really caring if he hurt her anymore Jake gripped her leg tightly with one hand as the other slapped her roughly across the face.

A cry escaped Gabrielle's lips as the force jostled her. she turned her head back and stared at him, her eyes defiant

"Mirissa! Mirissa what do I do? He's quit breathing!" Jack said looking around frantically.

Sepheroth grolwed as he found Drake's body, nudging it with his boot. He saw Drake's head, and with his heel, he crushed his skull in, the ordered the gaurds to clean it up.

Jake began roughly exploring her body, his hands nothing like the gentle touch that had swept the hair from her face moments ago.
