Amelia smiled once again, her heart doing a happy dance in her chest. She knew that his question meant that he probably wanted to see her again and the idea made her happy. "I think I might be, but I'm not positive. Why?"

"Because I have aplan for me and you." He said with a chuckle. "I will meet you at the club ok?"

Amelia's smile widened into a grin. "Alright, I'll see you at the club. But what time should I meet you there, Ash?" She asked softly, her eyes locked on him.

Ash chuckled and looked at hier. "Dont worry about it... how about 12 in the afternoon?" He asked laughimg softly.

Amelia felt butterflies flying around in her stomach, momentarily forgetting her father. "Sounds perfect." She leaned over and gave him a peck on the lips. "I'll see you then." She then got out of the car and started toward her house, her smile gone. She sneaked around the house, into her window, turned on the light and saw her father sitting there. He quickly moved toward her and the last thing she remembered was letting out a small scream.

Ash drove away and he was smiling. His heart was fluttering and he was oblivious to her scream. He drove home and slept.

Amelia was out until about eleven thirty. WHen she came to, she had a black eye, a split lip, and had bruises all over. A sigh passed her lips. She glanced at her clock, realized how late it was and dressed in jeans, a long sleeved shirt, heels, and sunglasses. She quickly sneaked out of the house and started toward the club.

Ash was at the club sitting outside. He couldnt help but fidgit. He wanted to see her so much that his heart ackeed.

Amelia finally walked up to the club, her eyes downcast and hidden by the big sunglasses. She looked up and saw Ash, her lips twitching up slightly at the corners. "Hey," she said weakly as she walked over to him.

Ash stood and looked at her. "Whats wrong?" he asked taking her arms in his hands. "I see that something is wrong." He said.

Amelia's gaze turned downcast again. She wanted to tell him what was wrong, wanted to tell him everything, but knew it would be a bad idea. She didn't want him to worry... "Nothing..."

Ash shook his head and pulld her closer to him. He pulld off her sunglasses and dropped them. His gripped tightened slightly. "Who did that to you?"

Amelia didn't, couldn't, look at him. She stayed silent, listening to the noises around them like the soft clank of the glasses, his breathing, and cars going by. She had a feeling that he would would get angry and do something drastic... She took in a breath and found her voice. "M-my father," she whispered, finally looking into his eyes.

Ash looked into her eyes and they held sorrow and anger. He cupped her face and kissed her sweetly. He pulled back. "Im... sorry... I am so sorry." He whispered keeping his eyes close. He started to tremble with anger.

Amelia enjoyed the kiss while it lasted. Once it ended she watched him, a small frown playing on her lips. She rested her hand against his cheek and started to stroke it. "Please calm down, Ash," she whispered. She could understand why he was angry, but she didn't want him to be that way...

Ash couldnt even look at her. "A father who beats his child... should be beaten himself..." He whispered. His words tasted like venom comming out of his mouth. He was abused until he moved out. "Move out.. come live wiht me.."

Amelia sighed and rested her head against his chest. She wanted to move out more than anything, but she was only sixteen. The only way she could actually move out would be if her father signed paperwork saying she could. A fe tears of frustration slid down her cheeks as she clung to him like he was her life preserver. "I can't... I want to, but I can't..."

Ash looked at her and whiped the tears away. "I know... I know.." He whispered. He pulled her in and a soft kiss was hers

Amelia continued to cling to him and when he kissed her she wrapped her arms around his neck. She had a strong feeling that whenever she needed a place to escape he would offer a place. It made her feel slightly relaxed and she deepened the kiss slightly.

Ash pulled her closer to him were there was no space between them. "Lets forget your father and head down to the beach." He whispered.

Amelia smiled a puny bit and nodded. "I like that idea," she said softly. She buried her face in his neck for a moment, content that he was there for her. "Thank you," she whispered.

Ash smiled and held onto her. "No problem.." He took her by her waist and they started to walk to the beach. "I love going to the beach.." He commented for a random reason.

Amelia smiled a little more and rested her head on his shoulder. She was more than thankful for him... "I do too, it's so beautiful..."

ASh smiled and held her. He wanted to proect her from the world and make her feel okay. He wanted to kill her father and make sure that he never hurt Amelia again. Ash shook the bad thoughts out of his mind and loooked at the good.
Amelia was alive and in love with him! He never thought he could get a girl like her.. EVER! And yet here she was loving him. He didnt want to screw it up.
