Age: 16
History: She was born to a very wealthy family and given everything she ever asked for. She soon realized that in the summer she was the strongest and that her emotions created heat waves, earthquakes, and the likes. She has learned how to control herself recently but whenever she gets emotional all he-- breaks loose.
Personality: She is a very sarcastic, flirty, caring girl who just can't seem to control her emotions as much as she'd like.

Name: Kurt von Carstein
Age: 18.
History: At around puberty, Kurt started changing, but not in the same way as other kids. His skin grew grey and hard, and wings sprouted from his back. It was not long before he looked as much like a gargoyle as he did a human. Cold places appealed to him, and winter was the only time he felt at home in the city. Despite weighing a hideous amount now, he is still capable of flight.
Personality: Very patient and thoughtful, but clever and calculating.
Looks: Basically a large, anthropomorphic gargoyle (technically a grotesque).

I threw my auburn hair out of my face as I ran down the beach with a fierce determination. Training for a marathon was one of the toughest things I had ever done. I always liked to push myself to my limits, even as a young girl. I laughed as I stopped and made it to my own personal finish line. I turned to the water and played with the currents a bit, just because I could. I let the freezing water touch my feet and giggled like a little kid. It was times like this when I was the happiest.
