Justin: I wandered aimlessly around the fenced in courtyard. Far on the other edge, I knew they were watching me carefully, but it didn't matter. I wasn't trying to leave; I'd given up on that a long time ago.

Coming to the front door, I stopped as I saw someone standing there, rubbing her arms. I stared at her for awhile, but did not approach.

Justin: I continued to stare at her, unsure what to do. After she'd said hi, it seemed rude to just leave... but she didn't seem to be attempting a conversation. Which was fine with me, but it left us with an awkward silence.

Justin: I looked back at the sound of her voice, then frowned when she left. Sighing, I turned towards the figure I had seen in the distance, moving towards them to try and see who it was.
