Jess couldn't help but return the kiss with a smile. "I have some photos of Nate and Emily at their wedding and after it, when we were with them some times..." she replied, letting the sentence hang as she started looking for those pictures in the mess of a studio.

Nate smiled and grabbed her hand. "What would you say to some ice cream?" he asked as they walked down the hall to the stairs.

Gavin smiled to himself, helping her look around.

"That sounds really good actually." Emily remarked, glancing up at him.

"Ah!" Jess exclaimed with glee. "Found them!"
She walked them over to Gavin to show him. As he looked through them, she spoke. "Where do you think we should go to get more pictures?"

Nate smiled as they came into the kitchen. He left her at the barstool and walked over to the subzero freezer. "Good, because when I was out the other day I picked up you favorite."

"Hm..." Gavin thought a moment. "Hey, we should head to my folks. I bet they have some pictures of Emily and Nate when they were young."

Emily gave a smile at that. "You're the perfect husband." She remarked half-jokingly.

(That would be pretty cool. Would you like to host it?)

Jess smiled wide. "Yes! Perfect idea, Gavin." she exclaimed and kissed him before grabbing her bag and his hand and dragging him toward the car.

"I know." Nate retorted with a boyish grin and a shrug jokingly. He gave her a bowl and spoon after the ice cream was in it.

(You can host it, you're good at coming up with ideas...after all look how long this chat is )

Gavin held back a chuckle, following her and letting her drive to his parents' house.

"Thanks, hun." Emily retorted with a small smile before starting to eat. Of course, he got the best kind too.

(All righty. Lol. How about a fantasy/supernatural type maybe?)

Jess drove to his parents' house and got out of the car with him, holding his hand as they walked to the door.

Nate nodded in response, taking a spoonful of ice cream and stuffing it in his mouth before pursing his lips and pinching the bridge of his nose from a brain freeze.

Gavin knocked first before entering, "Mom, Dad, we're here." He called and heard his mother reply from the living room. He led Jess into there. "Hey, Mom." He greeted, going over to hug her. "We were wondering about any old photos you have of Em and Nate."

Emily bit her lower lip to keep from laughing, that being her first reaction. She leaned over and kissed his forehead, successfully resisting the urge to poke fun at him.

Jess smiled at his mother and gave her a hug before she followed her over to the bookshelf where they kept old photos.

Moments later the brain freeze was gone and Nate was able to open his eyes and saw the laughter on Emily's face, even though she hadn't laughed and smiled wide at her. "Word of advice, little spoonfulls. "

Gavin took a couple of the scrapbooks, putting them on the coffee table and started flipping through one, memories coming back to him with almost every photo.

"You think?" Emily questioned, her smile growing as she took another bite.

Jess looked on with him and smiled. She pointed to one of him and Nate in the yard, laughing. "You two were are thick as thieves were you?"

Nate gave her a teasing glare before taking a small bite.

Gavin smiled. "Yep, pretty much. Well, all of us actually. Me, Michael, Nate and Em."

Emily couldn't help but giggle a bit now, putting down her spoon in the bowl and covering her mouth lightly to keep from laughing any harder.

(Just about to post the chat btw .)

Jess sighed with a smiled wishing she had sweet memories like him, ones that didn't involve her family.

Nate couldn't help but laugh either, Em's laugh was contagious. As he was laughing he reached over and started tickling her.

Gavin wrapped an arm around her, looking through photos and enjoying them while making sure to pick out some to use.

"Hey!" Emily exclaimed as she was still laughing. She still kept laughing as he tickled her.

Jess flipped through the photos that he had picked out and smiled, having some great ideas.

Her laughter increased his and he smiled wide as he stopped.

"What are you thinking?" Gavin questioned curiously, glancing up at her from the scrapbook.

"I never should have told you I was ticklish..." Emily commented.

Jess smiled and looked up at him. "I think after the baby is born and we know the name, we should collage these photos on the letters of the baby's name. I want to get pictures of the baby and collage photos on the first letter with just the baby and then the other ones with Em and Nate," she stated, taking a deep breath before asking, "What do you think?"

Nate laughed. "Babe, I would have found out."

Gavin gave a smile. "It sounds great, babe." He answered, "They'll love it."

A small smile stretched Emily's lips and she actually blushed a little, something she hadn't done around him in a long time. "True." She agreed simply.

Jess smiled to herself, pleased, and couldn't wait to get started, which would have to wait until the baby came.
(Are they going to have a boy or girl?)

Nate noticed her blush and suppressed a smile. He took another bit of ice cream before he got up to get more.

(All right. It'll take me a bit to do an intro.)

Gavin gathered up the photos, putting them into a envelope to keep them safe.
(I'm thinking probably a girl.)

Emily finished her bowl, washing it out and when he came back with his, she faked taking his bowl from him.

Jess turned to Gavin. "Are we ready?"
(Yay! That's what I was thinking!!)

Nate scoffed and gave her another teasing glare before smiling and kissing her forehead.

"Yeah, seems like it." Gavin replied, getting up. He gave his mother a goodbye, hugging her again, then Jess said her farewells as well before they left.
(Haha. )

Emily couldn't help but smile, sitting on the bar stool next to him again.

Jess tossed the keys to Gavin before they got in the car, this time climbing into the passenger side.

Nate looked over at her with a smile. "Don't we have an appointment today?"

Gavin climbed in, starting the engine and driving back home, taking Jess' hand in his free one.

Emily blinked, completely forgetting about that. "Right, right." She went into the kitchen to check the appointment card. "In like half an hour actually."

Jess took his hand and squeezed it as he drove home. "You don't have anything going on today do you?"

Nate blinked and finished his ice cream before placing it in the sink. "We better get ready to do then."
