Marshall: I think about this and set the waffles down on the counter. "We could always say that you were kidnapped by government hoodlums and we found you with your shoulder bleeding in the back of the grocery store...seems full proof to me."

Marshall: Speak of the devil. I hop off the counter and head over to the door, waffle in hand. "Who is it?" I ask, as if I already didn't know.

There was yelling, reporters asking questions, even before they got in the door. My shoulder looked like it was bleeding again. Cursing, I went to get a towl and left Marshall to the press

Marshall: I curse a bit and Joyce starts to wake up. She sleepily looks from the screaming reporters to me and then back again. "What the fu-" "Joyce! Won't don't you make some tea for our guests?!" She blinks drowsily and raises and eyebrow. "We're not English, Marshall." Joyce," I whine. She narrows her eyes but starts to get up.

I grab a towl, pressing it against my slowly staining shirt as the reporters breach the barrier. Oh Marshall, what have you bloody gotten us into now?

Marshall: "Ok," I say as I stand up on the table while Joyce gets to work. "I'd love to answer each and everyone of your questions... But how could I even hope to focal without Jonas himself?"

Sighing, I hopped up with him, a little unsteadily at first. We still both had sunglasses on, I noticed with an inward laugh

Marshall: Damn, I think. We're screwed. "So...who wants to go first? Yes, you?" "Did you really kidnap Mr. Henderson from the hospital?" "Why yes, yes I did."

Oh, that sounded great. Maybe he was still drunk. I just stood there, holding the towel to my arm. Not sure what to say...

Marshall: The journalists go rabid and I hold up a hand. "Please, let me explain. I did help him escape, but it was only out of concern. Last night, we did something many people say we shouldn't have. We were too bold, they said. We should've just stayed quiet. And for that reason, many people believe that Mr. Henderson deserved what happened. Some would even put another bullet in him just to probe a point. So what am I saying exactly? While we've decided to put our lives on the line for the good of the people, it's much easier to quietly kill someone in a hospital than in my home. Even if it's not much, it's better than having to wonder if I'll have to find out about my best friends' death from some lousy doctor who couldn't care less. And that's all I have to say about that."
