Re: The White Plague Revisited
Lizilu: "Yes, but it's hard to find any real angels these days anyway." I shrug as I watch the humans down below like a cat watches a mouse. "It seems as though everyone wants something."

Rose: "I don't really *want* anything. I never really had anything to want." I said.

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Lizilu: My eyes flicker to her and I raise an eyebrow. "Nothing at all? Surely there must be something. It's the selfishness on which we act on those desires that causes problems, not the desires themselves."

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Olive: My gray eyes were deep, like literal windows into the soul. Some people got scared by how hollow they looked - thinking they weren't eyes at all, just the places eyes should be. But they were eyes. I shook my head at the girl, a sympathetic frown on my face. I hadn't really answered her question, I realized. "A lonely dead child."

Leela: My eyes narrow for a moment and then narrow into slits. This girl, with her empty holes for eyes and her stupid hair, thinks she knows me. "Are you stupid or something?" I murmur as I step closer.
Lizilu: I look at her again, taking in her violet eyes and coppery hair. She wasn't unpleasant to look at, indeed not unpleasant at all.But to be in want of nothing was to be dead. I look down again, noticing the two dead girls. I smirk and drop down to the dark haired angrier one, gently putting my hands over her eyes. "That's right," I whisper. "She thinks she knows it all." "Well what do you know about me anyway?!" yells the girl- Leela, I see- to the other.

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Olive: "Only what I can see with my eyes," I said, blinking once. I was empty inside, empty as my eyes seemed. There was noting beneath my surface. I could only understand what I could see, what was right in front of me. Memories? Those I could not recall.

Rose: I watched the scene unfold, then swooped down. I pried the demon away from the girl. "What are you doing??" I demanded.

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Lizilu: "What does it look like?" I say blankly as I move my arm away. "I'm playing my part. Order and chaos, right?"
Leela: I blink my eyes a bit and rub them, realizing there'd been a demon near me. "Wow, you're creepy," I say. "And a wierdo. But you'll have to make do. Do you know how to play with dolls?"

Olive: "Children are people, too." I turned my head slowly to the angel.

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Rose: I nodded. "I don't understand why the angels and demons have to pick on children, though."

(Olive)
Lizilu: "Does your sense of order apply to children?" I ask. "The world is blind to who suffers and who is exhaulted. Everyone must have order and everyone must dance with chaos. Otherwise, the world is off balanced. And then what are we doing here exactly?"

Rose: why was I so hopelessly confused? I sighed and flew away.

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Olive: "Standing," I said to the demon in reply to his rhetorical question. "I fear I am creepy because there is a film over my eyes. I am blinded beyond what is simple. Dolls...yes, I do believe I know dolls."

Re: The White Plague Revisited
Lizilu: I grin, each of my pointed teeth exposed. The dead always made more sense anyway. Leela blinks at the girl. "Oh. Well...that sucks. About your eyes and stuff. Now come help me find find some dolls." She grabs the girls arm and pulls her away.

Leela: "At the toy store if course!" I say. "Where all would they be? Falling out of the sky?"

Nate: "I'm hungry, Nate," Jenna says softly. I sigh as I lead her back to the store we called home, pryin open a few boards to squeeze in. "I'll go back out soon," I say. "But I think there's still some food left from yesterday." She coughs a bit on the dusty store but starts her search.
