I got a little tired of the all human love stories. I want twists and turns. Anything can happen. Go walk through the streets of New York City, cuddle up on the sofa, whatever you want. But this is a romance so...fall in love. Anything goes except sex, fast forward through that scene please.

Shale: I walked in, not really sure what I was doing here. Lycanthrope don't drink- it's hell on our imune systems. I sat at the bar anyways and ordered the most powerful stuff they had. Today had been... depressing.

Lisette: I straigtened up hearing the drink the guy next to me had ordered. I fiddled with my fingers. "Would you mind buying me one?" I asked my vice barely above a whisper.

Lisette: I looked down getting nervous. I sat up seeing the glass placed in front of me. I licked my lips and sipped the drink. I was going to drink this slow and savor it.

Shale: I picked up the glass, studying the amber liquid. Here went nothing. I tipped it back, downing the stupid thing. It burned in my throat like fire, and panged in my stomach. Bad idea. I should've known. I still ordered another.

Shale: Ugh. It was giving me a heck of a headache. But I wasnt forgetting anything yet. There was a bizarre tickily feeling in my stomach working its way up to my head.
