I sighed, running my hand through my hair with a small smile. This all felt so stupid, to be honest. Fake, posed. What was so entertaining about a bunch of disabled people, anyway?

Couldn't let 'em go that easily. Not yet. ;D

Barbie: "You might be able to do knowledgeable, but that'll be hard to do without coming off like an asshole. Not saying that that's a bad thing, but don't surprised if people choose to spit in your face."

"I'll try to make it work" I chuckled "without the spitting in face, preferably"

This reminds me so much of the hunger games...

Barbie: "And you," I say as I turn towards the girl. "You'd probably be the bitch. Not saying you have to, but with your acting skills it should be pretty easy. And I heard it's fun."

I grin "I can do that."

"Weird, I kinda pegged her more of the wildcard that keeps things interesting by spinning out of control whenever stuff gets boring... because that's kinda what she does"

Barbie: I think about it for a moment. "True. It'll probably keep her alive longer too. Maybe." I take out my pen again and write something on my arm. "Maybe," I repeat.

River
Live longer? I grabbed my notepad and jotted down notes about how they let the contestants run around for a while, about how they prep them about their personalities, and everything else I've seen or learned.

Barbie: "Get it all down now, babe," I say absentmindedly. "Don't forget the but about the camera woman and her 'interviewing' of the newbies. Oh, and the van. You'll want to know the color of that too."

River
Did she know? I looked up "I like bunnies" I said slowly, showing her a picture of a dragon I drew "But they're everywhere, it get's quite pestering"

Barbie: "Yea. Your portfolio mentioned something about that too," I say. "Although in the bids I swear you said sheep. Just something to think about." I shrug and roll down the windows, sticking my head out like a dog.

River
Dang it, I /did/ say sheep, didn't I? I shrugged "The sheep wouldn't accept their bunny overlords, so they left"

Barbie: "I hope the sheep lived happily ever after," I say as I close my eyes and feel the wind rush through my hair. I open my eyes to the sight of water and sand. We're going over the bridge. "Its not to far now."

River
Gage was nervous, I could tell by the slight twitch of his hand, the way he blinked just a little faster then normal, and the fact he glanced up front twice in a minute, but he was hiding it well

Barbie: About ten minutes later, we pull up to a huge white beach house. The outside is pretty nice compared to the standard house. While there's still no actual color, the yard is nice and it's got a huge deck. Then again, this is the Beach District. Everything is a little more exaggerated. "Ready?" I ask as I grab my camera.

River
I put my notepad in my pocket and slid out "Yessir... ma'am... er... yes, I'm ready"

Gage
I sighed in frustration sense I still couldn't get out of the freaking van on my own, and I just stared at the ground again "Yes"

Sight: I look out the window and then back at the kids. "We're here," I say. The little kid runs to look outside but frowns when he realizes the windows are still too dark. "Ready?"

Livia
Where were we? The Playground? I nodded, my hand tightening around Dre's

Sight: "Sorry," I say before opening the door and hoping out. I watch Barbie turn around as she helps one of the others out of his seat. Looks like everyone's here.

Livia
My face lit in shock and betrayal. I had chosen to trust this man... and now...I glared at him "So you're just like them, huh?" But I knew I was defeated now, there was no running

"Thanks" I muttered as I was in my wheelchair. Oh... Livia looked really PO'd

Sight: Before I can speak, Hear steps out of her driver's seat. "This is your stop," she says. "Now get out, all of you."

Livia
I got out, still angry and a little hurt. So much for disabled looking out for each other, huh? But I should have known not to trust people by now, especially ones you just met.

Dre: My eyes widen but I don't move. No. Oh God, no! The lady Squeak's called Hear looks down at me. "C'mon, kid. Time to go." I look up at her as I start shaking again. Please don't make me go, I want to say. I'll be good, I swear it. Just please don't make me go. She bites her lip but stands out of the way. "C'mon. I don't have time for games."

Livia
I took Dre's hand again "It's okay, Dre. I'll get us both out of this, I swear" I said so soft only he could hear it

Dre: I keep my eyes to the ground and grab my cards. Starr's already outside and starts stretching like a cat. "Well, I've always wanted to know what hell looks like," she says. "Never thought it was a white beach house." I try my best to laugh but it comes out forced.

Gage
I chuckle in response to Starr's comment, while River laughed extremely loud. I lean bend down and manage to get some sand, letting it sift through my fingers
