Tara: "I'll ask the doctor," I answered quietly, and went to ask before he could protest.

YESH.

Jace: I shook my head and tried to get up again. Without her here...I could feel every spike of pain.

Lol, is it the evil dude?

Tara: I got some morphine, a bottle of it. "They say it tastes pretty nasty...but it's better than the pain, right?" I tossed it to him.

Nope. He turned good. He's my hubby.

Jace: "Needle?" I asked.

Oh, I haven't watched that in...since the very first season. O.o
Did he cut his hair?

Tara: "Eh?" I looked around, then took the bottle back. I dumped it into the baggy connected to his IV.

Well, I think they all went through a makeover in every book.

Jace: I sigh and pat the space next to me, then close my eyes.

Oh, okay, lol.

Tara: I hesitated, but then sat next to him.

Jace: "Does morphine take away just the pain?" I ask softly.

Tara: "I think it heals, too," I answered, looking down at him. I brushed the hair out of his eyes.

Jace: "I've never kissed anyone while my lips were numb," I whisper. "I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be fun, either. Or would my lips be numb?" I took a deep breath.

Tara: I laughed. "I just kissed you!"

Jace: I smile. "I wasn't numb then."

Tara: I rolled my eyes. "Okay, I'll humor you." I leaned down and gently pressed my lips to his.

Jace: I kiss her back eagerly, my hand snaking to the nape of her neck to secure her there.

Tara: "So how is it?"

Jace: I pull back. "Not so bad. I could do this all night."

Tara: "You'd be lucky to get to kiss me /all/ night." I rolled my eyes.

*is asleep*

Jace: "Yes I would," I murmur.

Tara: "Don't know if you'll be that lucky, though," I said, but continued to kiss him.

Jace: "Well, I'm getting good vibes."

Tara: I laughed.

Jace: "And I'm here all night."

Tara: "I might stop, though. Right...now..." I mumbled, but did no such thing.

Jace: I chuckled and kissed her one more time.

Tara: I slowly slid onto the bed, suspending myself over top of him using my hands on either side of him, placed down on the bed.
