Steph: "I dont want to be at war, but i dont want to be stuck in some dance or court all the time!" I sighed and sat down on his lap, not caring if we got any looks. We were just friends, and i was tired of standing and he had the closest chair right now.

Aven chuckled, looking to the throne for his sister. It was still empty, but if she isnisted on sitting on him, he wouldn't make her move. But there would be talk, he was the rpince after all. "Well we shouldn't be here, but for tonight," I said, frowning a little.

Steph: "I hope its just for tonight. I hate being in dresses...I feel vunerable in them. I cant wait until I can change out of this thing."

Aven shook his head. "Why wouldn't it be just for tonight? It's just a ball," he said, cocking up an eyebrow.

Steph: "I'm talking about future balls and courts and crap. I, for one, am going to avoid them in the future." I shifted my weight and rested my head on his shoulder.

Aven shrugged her head off his shoulder and tried to grin a little, hoping she wouldn't take it personally. "The whole kingdom will come. These aren't just something you can blow off, Stephanie," I said.

stephanie: "But they are so boring..." I whined in a cute, jokingly way. I held back a glare he he shrugged me off his shoulder.

Aven shrugged a little again. "You have to do a lot of boring things to keep the peace," he smiled a little.

Stephanie: "Peace is nice." I muttered. I sighed and got to my feet. "Dance with me." I said, holding my hand out to him, a smile on my face.

Aven sighed, standing and taking her hand. The music had been playing, loud and slow, filling the ballroom and some others had already been dancing. Maggie sat expectantly at her throne as I walked away. I threw her a half smile and she smiled back before I started to dance with Stephanie.

Stephanie: I smiled up to him as we started dancing. "I didnt know you could dance."

who can Tatiana and Ethan talk to?

Tatiana - After sitting on the throne and being bored out of my ever-loving mind I got up to go mingle. I saw a lycan boy (Orion) and walked gracefully up to him. "Hello." my voice twinkled.

Ethan - This 'party' was so boring that I just leaned against the wall looking at the others.

Maggie: I stood up, looking around for a dance partner and sighing, I walked to the middle of the room.

Valentine: I chuckled and looked at Magdelina, the oldest vampire princess up and looking for someone to dance with. I nudged Ethan and noddded at her. "You should go dance," i said.

Orion: I looked up at the princess. "Hello," I said, trying not to sound bored. This was a ball, but it wasn't a /ball/.

Tatiana - "I'm Tatiana," I said not adding my title. I bit my lip, "Want to dance?"

Ethan - I nodded, "Sure." I walked up to the princess Magdelina, "Would you like to dance Princess?"

Orion: I paused and shook my head. "I'd rather not. My apologies, princess," I said, looking past her sheepishly.

Maggie: I smiled, disarmingly, and nodded. "Thank you for asking," I said, smiling even more.

Tatiana - I let myself frown slightly, "Oh, alright then," I looked down to my feet.

Ethan - "No problem." I smiled back at her. She was absolutely breath taking.

Maggie: I took one of his hands while he placed the other on my hip. "Really, thatnk you for manning up and asking me. I was hoping someone would," I said as we spun.

Tatiana - I looked at him, "Oh my, I apologize, but I didn't ask your name."

Ethan - "Why wouldn't they come up to you, you're gorgeous." I tell her.

Orion: I looked to her again. "My name is Orian, your highness," I said, humbly.

Maggie: I would have blushed if I had any blood in my body, but instead, my eyes twinkled. "Thank you," I said. You're quite attractive as well."

Tatiana - I let my eyes twinkle, "Oh, you don't have to call me that!" I said flustered, "I hate titles, it's my father who forces the whole tiara-wearing, and curtsying."

Ethan - I smiled, "Coming from you that is definitely a compliment."
