Jace: I lean forward. "Well, the difference between you and I is that I have food at home. You, on the other hand, don't have any as of now. But don't worry. I'll change that in a few days."

Tara: I groaned. "Keep being so cryptic. What are you going to do /next/, Jace? You've helped me enough!"

Jace: I frown. "Is that bad?"

Tara: "I just...I feel like I owe you know. And I hate owing people. Well, I mean, obviously I owe you $500 but I feel like I just keep owing you more."

Jace: I roll my eyes. "Tara, you don't owe me anything."

Tara: Yes I do..."okay..."

Jace: "And if you feel like you owe me, I can be paid in kisses," I say, smiling.

Tara:"This is where I'm not allowed to roll my eyes." I smirked.

Jace: I smile and lean back again. "You can roll your eyes. I'm funny."

Tara: "You're funny? Surrrre." I rolled my eyes.

Jace: I smile wider. "You agreed."

Tara: "You just said I could, though!"

Jace: I bite my lip. "Exactly. Now hurry up and eat."

Tara: "I'm not that hungry anymore."

Jace: I sigh. "Tara..."

Tara: "what? I just don't eat much."

Jace: "Please eat," I plead with her.

Tara: "You're going to make me eat when I'm not hungry? Since when are you my parent?"

Jace: I roll my eyes. "Fine. Don't eat. I'll stock your fridge, then."

Tara; "I'll throw it all out."

Jace: I shake my head. "Tara, what's wrong?"

Tara: "Nothing." i said in confusion.

Jace: "Then why are you so..."

Tara: "So...?"

Jace: "You remember how before? You kept edging towards not telling me anything?"
