What Is Left After?

Jelsa: I was a little startled by the sudden explanation and whisper to him just before our lips met, "None of us have that long to live anyway, so we might as well make the most of what we've got."

(I feel like I've heard ABOUT it, I just didn't know what it was specifically. All I know is that my family has a history of diabetes and I have scoliosis.)

((You probably have. It's one of the most common genetic diseases around, and it obeys all of the rules really neatly, so it's a favourite for biology lessons.))

I slip my other arm around her waist, my eyes closing. It's embarrassing how all I needed for this to happen was the end of the world. After a moment, we separate.
"I've always believed there was a heaven," I smile. "But forgive me for not realising it was so readily accessible."
I grab the coat and haul it up again so it remains around her shoulders. Despite the chill breeze that raises the hairs on the back of my neck, I can feel a fire burning deep inside my chest.

(Wait, so did they kiss? I'm a bit confused.)

Jelsa: I smiled. "I know there's a heaven," I whispered, "and I'm pretty sure you'd be in it with me." I leaned into him, so warm in his cozy jacket.

"Oh, I KNOW there's a heaven," I reply. "I'm glad you feel that way."
I let her lean on me, and shift around so that I have both arms around her. I stroke her head gently.
"You know, in some ways the apocalypse was the best thing that could happen."

Jelsa: I laughed. "Yeah, me too," I murmured. "And in a way, I guess it is. I've never been kissed before..."

"I have, but it was..." I flap my hand "Pff. It wasn't like this, you know? I mean... never mind."
I pull her closer again, and feel her warm breath on my cheeks. "I feel that my technique is somewhat lacking, and I could benefit from the practice," I whisper.

Jelsa: My cheeks flushed. "Um...so you want to, like, practice now?" It wasn't like we had anything better to do.

"Your decision, milady," I reply. "I wouldn't dream of imposing upon you."
So saying, I wrap my arms around her bringing her body closer to mine.
"But I hope you agree."

(What happened?)

Jelsa: I smiled. "We really don't have much to do, so yeah. Let's practice.)

(Peter and Jelsa are smoochin'. Snogging. Whatever you call it. Roxanne's taking a nap, if I remember right? And Wayne is dancing to music, if Aimery wants to talk to him.)

(XD Snogging. I haven't heard that word in over a hear. And kay.)

Aimery: Taking a deep breath, I pull out a pillowcase and make sure it'll fit around me before dabbing at my wound again. Wincing, I shook the pillowcase out andwrapped it around myself. Then I opened the door, all smiles as I got into the lobby.

(I'm back.)

(gotta love harry potter, which taught this to me.)

Wayne: I smiled at Aimery. "All better?"

( pick it up between Joseph and Roxanne then, I guess.)

Aimery: I bite my lip. "I guess. Can't really be better with a hole in my stomach," I say, then wince. I shouldn't have said that.

Joseph: I listen to the conversation, not really asleep.

My posts'll be a little slow cause I got dinner.

I crane my neck forwards slightly, and press my lips to hers. I can feel herheart beating a few inches from mine, and I place one of my hands gently behind her neck.

((I think Wayne looks forward to the idea of talking to Aimery ;D ))

Roxanne: I sighed, since I couldn't sleep. Another case of insomnia. I went back to lobby, seeing nothing else better I could do, really.

(Yum, dinner, me gusta. I get mine soon too.)

Wayne: I sighed. "Sorry. I'm not a doctor, can't really do anything for you..."

Jelsa: I smiled against his lips and wrapped my arms around him, tangling one hand in his hair.

My right hand gently strokes her hair; I love the way long hair feels. her hand knocks my top hat off my head, but I don't really care by now. there are more important things than the hat. My left hand gently caresses the hollow of her back, and I return the smile.

(I don't have long hair anymore, I donated it. It's only about shoulder length now, if that's what you mean by long.)

Jelsa: I really wasn't sure what to do now, as I hadn't ever kissed anyone before this.

(I didn't get a notification for this for some reason OoO. oh and i might have to go soon for dinner)

((Well, I'll be going to bed soon. Shoulder-length is long enough to make guys happy, anyway.))

I break away momentarily. "I'm no expert," I begin. "But I'm lead to believe that there's something to do with tongues next."
I tousle her hair slightly.

(haha I look like a girl, if that's consolation.)

Jelsa: I nodded; I'd only read about this. "Um...yeah," I stammered. "Uh...let's try this," I mumbled, locking my mouth to his again.
