Megan: I walked out of rehursales. My feet hurt and I was bleeding on my knuckles from where I got hit from the instructor.

Nole: I woke up and looked around. My father didnt get me up. I sighed and got out of bed and got dressed

Landon was working in the smith's shop, trying his best to keep the fire going while he fixed a horeshoe. Thing about the smithy was, he never did the work. It was always Landon doing it.

Risa came out of the bank dressed in a bright blue sundress, her umbrella perched on her shoulder, hiding her from the sun. She wasn't exactly happy. She never was exactly happy. She felt something was missing. She was longing for excitement in her dull, every day life. It was always the same thing. Get up, get dressed in the latest fashion, go visit father, come home for tea with the ladies, sew, go to bed. She wanted something more.

Megan: I walked past the smith shop and I forgot that Father wanted me to get his sword for his party tonight. I sighed the party I had to go to. I walked in and waited. I fiddled with my dancing skirt and my hair was up too tight.

Nole: I got out of the house and went down to the shop. I needed something to drink and something for Megan. I knew how much she liked sweet candy.

Risa frowned and in an attempt to deviate from her normal dreary life, she went to the store. She closed her umbrella and walked in tenatively looking around. She'd never been shopping. At least not alone anyway.

Landon looked up and noticed a girl standing there. "Oh, hello. What can I do for you?" He asked as he wiped his hands off on his apron and walked over towards her.

Megan: I smiled and said sweetly. "My father left a sword for a party tonight.. the name is...." I took a deep breath and said "General Howard Blackwood."

Nole: I got the candy and got the things I needed. I ran into a girl and said. "Im sorry miss..."

Risa looked up at the boy shocked. "oh, sorry." she said quietly and was stuck, staring at him. "Oh my." she found herself whispering.

Landon smiled and nodded. He walked to the back of the shop and grabbed a large box and brought it out to her. "Here it is. I finished it this morning."

Megan: I nodded and thanked him. "How much is it?" I asked wondering.

Nole: I smiled and bowed. "It is not your fault."

Landon looked at it and shrugged. "twenty shillings sound fair?" He asked as he watched her, unable to take his eyes from her.

Risa watched him and gulped and gave a small smile, doing a slight courtsy(sp?) "thank you sir."

Megan: I nodded and pulled out the money from my bag. "Here you go there is 30 in there keep the change." I said with a smile but I didnt leave.

Nole: I smiled "Your welcome little lady." I chuckled. She was awfully pretty when she blushed.

Risa gave him an indignant look when he called her "little" and walked off and towards the counter asking for a sugar stick, now ignoring him. She was not little.

Landon smiled widely and looked at her. "Thank you, miss." he said with a slight bow. "Is there anything else I can get for you?"

Nole: I chuckled at how she was acting it was cute. I went up beside her and waited.

Megan: I shook my head and smiled. "No thank you...." I said but I still wasnt moving. His eyes kept me where I was.

Landon watched her for a moment. "What's your name?"

Risa did her best to ignore him and told the man behind the counter to put it on her father's bill and took the sugar stick and walked out the door, her heart fluttering wildely.

Megan: "Im Megan Blackwood." I said with a sigh.

Nole: I chuckled and paid I ran to catch up to her. "Did I do something wrong?" I asked puzzled.

Risa looked at him as if she had just barely noticed he was there. "Oh, what do you mean?" she asked trying to seem innocent. Her heart was now racing wildly. Why was he following her?

Landon smiled at her. "It's a pleasure miss Blackwood."

Megan: I smiled "Thank you. Mr... Im sorry I do not know your name." I said.

Nole: I chuckled "You ignored me." I said with a huge smile. "Why?"

Risa frowned. "I did no such thing. I was simply talking with the man behind the counter. It's rude to interupt one conversation for another."

Landon smiled. "Landon. Landon Wheeler, Miss."

Megan: I smiled and blushed. "Nice to meet you Mr.Wheeler. Are you going to the party tonight? At the mayor's house?" I asked. Why did you ask that? I thought.

Nole: I chuckled. "Well Miss... It seemed like you were ignoring me."
