C. D. - character development

Ezra sighed, well that went out the window pretty fast. Oh well. He looked at Leslie, "What now?"

Ventrix sharpens his sabre on a whetstone he had in his pocket. the quite grating noise has been growing steadily shriller during the conversation. He finally stands up.
"Yes. What now?"

David:
I do an abrupt face palm. "I think Leslie will say something along the lines of 'Find the damned angel', am I correct Leslie?"

Leslie

"Yep," I said. "Find the damned angel. Of course, this would be easier if you all would let me get a word in edgewise." I sniffed the air, latching onto the scent with ease. "Follow me, and be swift." I sped off after the scent trail.

Liz shifted into a dragon, bending down so Ezra could hurradly climb on. She bounded after Leslie, and Ezra had to hold on for dear life.

David:
I run after Leslie keeping up easily, Kiera following as best she can behind us. "Does the angel have any weaknesses that we could exploit?"

"We could always cause a distraction!" said Ezra, trying not to fall off.

David:
"I don't think so, it would be better to get Andrew with stealth" I suggest/

"She won't let him go to easily if she's trying to sell him!" said Ezra, regaining his balance.

David:
"On that we are agreed" I say.

"She'll most likely let got if there's a distraction," said Ezra.

"Our last distraction wasn't exactly an unmitigated success. We suffered several casualties and the target escaped. We should try a new tack. How about a sniper? She may be immortal, but a bullet to the brain will make anyone think twice... or not at all."

"You have an immortal sniper lying around? We can't use Leslie if that's what you're suggesting." said Ezra.

Leslie

"Pfft. A mortal sniper would work," I told him condescendingly. "Yes, a bullet to the brain would 'kill' her. She'd become a spectre, meaning she'd have to go back for some magic to reconstruct her body. But...no mortals get knocked out around here, okay? You could wake up a flicker."

"But she wouldn't be the same person would she? She'd be reincarnated." said Ezra.

Leslie

"No, she'd be the same person," I said, looking at him funny. "She can reconstruct her body so it's exactly the same as the previous one, you know. Just...sans the brain bullet and the gunshot wound."

"Who would it be?" asked Ezra. "They would have to be willing."

Leslie

"Not really," I said. "All the person would require is payment. Unless, of course, she has friends or family that could do it. It's entirely likely. Seriously though...let's just shoot her in the head."

"Well who is the person?" asked Ezra impactiently.

Leslie

"I don't know!" I snapped. "It's standard magic! God, you ask a lot of dumb questions!"

"Geez, sorry I don't know all your "standard" magic!" Ezra shot back.

"Fighting isn't going to help anything!" shouted Liz.

"Not...so... loud." Ezra groaned, shutting his eyes tightly.

(Hey I'm gonna pull David and Kiera out for a while I might bring them back later but for now I am gonna introduce a brand new never before seen charrie!)

Name: Jacob "Jackel" Hicks

Job: Major in the USMC
Bio: Jacob was born into a world where vampires and werewolves have revealed themselves to the general public. The creatures expected to be treated like gods. By some they were by others they were not. One of those who did not lie down and obey was the United States of America. The vampires and werewolves also have a continuous war that has been going on for centuries. At age 6 Jacob was recruited into the USMC to be able to fight the vampire and werewolf menace. He is the best of the best. He can snipe a man from nearly two miles away, he is the world's best at hand to hand combat, and in assault situations his team has never failed a mission. Jacob is a super soldier for the humans and the last hope for mankind.

"I wish we could help," sighed Evan.

"Yeah, but it's not like we have any kick-butt abilities." Cassie added.

Jacob:
I walk over to the people who have been arguing. I pull my M16 off my back and sight in on the one who looks most threatening, the gigantic dragon. "Who the hell are you people?" I ask, "and no bulls*** or I'll mow down all of you". As a United States Marine I had always been trained to stay calm but to stay strong and know who your enemies were. They didn't look like Weres or Vamps. But then you could never tell.

Leslie

"I'm a demon," I said. "They're sorcerer meduims, this guy is the head of an army, and we're chasing an angel that's kidnapped a ghost friend of the sorcerer mediums. Is that a good enough answer for you, or do you want more information?"
