"I happen to like Mickey Mouse. Just not Dumbo." I shuddered. "I brought my autograph book and everything. Let's go."

"What do you have against Dumbo?" I asked. I followed her as she walked towards the entrance.

"I lost a tooth on the ride when I was six," I explained, grimacing to myself.

"So . . . you're boycotting that ride because of a tooth that should have been forgotten five years and three hundred and sixty four days ago?" I asked her, dubious.

Such a simple question, but it caught me offguard. I couldn't believe that I hadn't mentioned that yet. "Jace," I told her simply. We reached the entrance in a few seconds. I stopped, unsure of where to go now.

"I'm hungry," I said out loud, sighing. "Maybe we should grab a bite."

Well, that was random. Either way, though, I still felt relieved that I had a certain destination to go to now. "Alright, this way," I said, leading her into the park.

"Have you been here before?" I thought to ask.

I look around great im alone.... AGAIN! i wanted to scream aloud. I always hated being alone it just wasnt good for me

"Yeah, my mom used to bring me here every Spring Break. Apparently, she thought it might make me act more like the kid I was supposed to be, or so she told me," I said, thinking back to all those torturing days where I was forced to walk through the theme park all day long with my mother until I could literally feel my feet fall off.

Cailey: I couldn't help laughing. "I only came here once. But my sister threw so many tantrums we were only here for one day. But looks like you like this place. You're here, aren't you?"

Jace: "Yeah well, I can't help but have the whole thing memorized. Trust me, it's the painful experiences that stick with you the most, unfortunately," I told her. I started walking towards one of the food stands that was nearest to us. Nodding to it, I left her to choose whatever she wanted to eat.

Cailey: I stopped in front of the food stand. "Painful experiences?" I asked, wondering how a trip to Disneyworld could be painful unless you lived with my little sister.

Jace: "Well, you aren't the one who had to trek around the whole thing for thirteen hours straight. It was hell. Serious pain after that." I waited beside the stand, watching her look over the beverages and snacks. I noticed her eyes, a warm brown, beautiful. I stifled the compliment that rose in my throat.

Cailey: "Are you kidding? I wish I could've spent more time here. Well, until Dumbo did me in, I mean." I frowned at the greasy food. Ah, what the heck. "Root beer sounds good, what about you?" I started looking in my purse for my money.

Jace: "Ah, root beer? You must be the only person I've ever met that actually likes that stuff," I said, taking a Coke from the stand and placing it with the food she had already put on the counter. She was taking the money out of her purse, but I handed the clerk a twenty dollar bill from my pocket before she could beat me to it.

Cailey: "Oh, so you're going to insult me and then pay for my drink? You make a lot of sense," I snapped.

"I wouldn't say it was an insult, but if you care so much about spending your money, go ahead," I told her, uncapping my bottle and taking a swig of the dark liquid.

I slapped my money down on the counter. "Okay. Now that we've gotten that settled, can we head to the Magic Kingdom?"

I raised one of my eyebrows at her temper, but I sighed instead and shrugged. "Yeah, sure."

Cailey: "Or would you prefer to go somewhere else? Since you know this place so well?" I wasn't sure why I was being so rude, but maybe it was because I'd never been on a real date before. I really did feel bad for Jace. And that was such a cute name.
