A New Ending

Alison: I walked under the docks and waled along the beach. The moonlight made my robe look like a dress and I started to dance on the sand.

Nathanial: I caught movement in the corner of my eye and turned to see Alison dancing in the distance and smiled.

Alison: I twirled and I danced with all of the men in the town. I saw the ladies of the house getting jelouse of the attention I caused. The waves hitting the shore was my music.

Nathanial: I smiled and got up and walked home.

Alison: I turned and saw someone walking away. I ran to catch up. Who could it be? I asked myself.

Nathanial: I heard running footsteps behind me, but kept walking.

Alison: "Wait..." I said losing my breath.

Nathanial: I recognized that voice. Alison? I turned around.

Alison: I saw Nathanial and stopped. My god he is even more handsome in the moonlight. I thought. "Hello." I said as I bowed to him.

Nathanial: I smiled and bowed. "Hello, my lady." I looked at her and saw her hair glistening under the moon, she looked like a goddess.

Alison: I smiled. "What are you doing out so late?" I asked. Wow he is very handsome. I thought.

Nathanial: I smiled at her beauty. "Just enjoy the quiet and watching the waves dance in the moonlight, and you." I said with a wider smile.

Alison: I felt my face getting red. "Oh you saw that didnt you. I was thinking of my papa and missing him."

Nathanial: I closed the space between us and lightly ran my hand across her reddening check. "Yes, it was beautiful."

Alison: I smiled. "Oh really?" I asked. His lips were right there so perfect.

Nathanial: I smiled. "Yes." I replied and cupped her cheek in my hand.

Alison: I put my lips to his and I knew I loved him.

Nathanial: I cupped her cheeks between my hands and deepened the kiss, knowing that I loved her and wanted only her.

Alison: I smiled under the kiss and pulled back. "Well my great sir what should we make of this?" I asked sweetly.

Nathanial: I smiled. "Well, my dear, that very decision is up to you."

Alison: I felt my cheeks get red. "We will have to wait till father comes home in a month. Will you kind sir be able to wait that long?" I asked quietly.

Nathanial: I smile and sneak a kiss. "Yes, would you be up for these late night meetings until then, my dear?"

Alison: I smiled. "What do you think my darling?" I asked.

Nathanial: I sneak another kiss and pull back. "I'm thinking that is a yes."

Alison: "Aye it is. There is a ball tomorro not that I would like to go. Mother is making me." I laughed "Balls were fun when Father was around."
