The Time of Man is no more

This is the year 2015, and humans have all but been erased from this planet. In the year 2012 scientists had a breakthrough. They discovered how to make a creature thought to be in only myth and legend. Dragons. Dragons were created by man, but they could not be contained. The beasts escaped and began ravaging the world. Humans didn't stand a chance against these fire breathing behemoths. The remaining humans live under ground. There are those who believe that dragons can help us and that all we need to do is look.
Dragons. Since being created there have been those that seek to destroy humanity to begin a new generation of being. There have also been those who seek to be companions with humans. There are those who have succeeded and those few humans have become the new generation of dragon rider.
This world is brand new you can choose to be dragon or human.

I would just like to make a few rules, sorry:
1: You can't be both your character's dragon and rider. If you decide to be a rider later you have to have someone else be your dragon.
2: The dragon must be the opposite gender. This is because I think that it would make us have a little variety.
3: You don't have to make two charries, I didn't but if you do try to make at least one a dragon.
4: You can have bionic body parts that shift into various weapons and tools, but don't go crazy, like "My arm turns into a dragon killing robot machine thing!" Nothing crazy. But! You can do reasonable things, like machine gun arm, flame thrower arm, jet propulsion leg allowing you to fly, grappling hook hand etc.
5: No killing unless you ask whose charrie it is you want to kill and only if they say yes. But if its like a random human or dragon that is wandering randomly, you can kill as amny as you like that aren't charries.

Reason: she'l was one of the first to go under ground. And hasn't seen to much in person. Has a hopeful out look at the future.

Any special things about the character: her scales are a forest greenab she's smaller than most dragons.
Reason: her mom was killed in an attack from a group of humans before she was born, they managed to birth her before she died with her mother. She was born early, and they thought she wasn't going to live.
