Magic Camp

"Oh...ok." Chip nodded. "And you werent really interupting." She smiled to Aribella.

Aribella - I smiled back at her, "Thanks. I just feel like I shouldn't have came up uninvited."

"I think its fine." Chip laughed slightly.

Aribella - "You're really nice," I told her bluntly.

"Really?" Chip asked, slightly suprised. No one had ever called her nice. Not while she was living in the streets at least.

Aribella - I shrugged, "To me you are."

Micah just watched the two girls talking in front of each other with a small smile. He rolled his shoulders absently, trying to relieve some of the tension from his wings being pent up for so long.

Chip just looked at her with shock. "Thanks...I think this summer camp may not be so bad after all." She mumured with a small smile.

Aribella - I grinned at her before I noticed Micah's tension and looked at him worriedly, "Wings?" I asked knowing that I had the same problem

Micah nodded and rolled his shoulders one last time. He walked in a bit, until he was waist deep. "I definitely need to stretch," he said, slowly letting his wings out. They were nearly sixteen feet across and pure white.

"Woah...." Chip gasped seeing him open his wings. She swam over to him slowly and looked over the wings. "Those are sick..."

Micah threw her a crooked smile. "Thanks," he said, stretching them and then letting them relax. The tips of his feathers brushed the water and he threw a large moonlit relflection on the water. "You can touch them, if you want."

Aribella - I looked at his wings and blushed, "God, those make mine look like nothing."

Chip hesitantly reached out to the wings, her fingers brushing against the feathers gently. "The're so soft." She noted.

Aribella - Self-conciously I let out my wings as well. They were normal size, just delicate, translucent purple fairy wings.

Micah smiled as she released her wings, too. "They're nice," he said happily. He could feel Chip's light touch on his wings "And, I'm not saying you have to, but you can use more pressure. I'm not glass," he smiled.

Chip blushed lightly and pulled her hand away from the wings. "You guys are lucky, if i want to grow wings i have to go through hell." Stupid powers.

Aribella - "True, we are lucky, but sometimes wings just get in the way."

Micah shrugged. "I wouldn't be so quick to call myself lucky. No matter how big the wings are, they never seem to stop me from hitting the ground when I fall," he said, alluding to his fallen angel status. He had regained his place, but it had happened twice before.

Aribella - I smiled lightly, "It's a good thing I'm not an angel."

"I'm just a street cat...litterally. Before coming here, I lived on the street in cat form. I wouldnt know anything about falling or whatever." Chip shrugged, opening up a bit more.

Aribella - "Well, darling, you are never going to be living on the streets again, I promise you that," I smiled at her kindly.

Micah laughed lightly. "I meant cast down from the council... The one that I'm pretty sure I'm going to be kicked out of again." He paused, thinking for a moment. He didn't actually know why he had been kicked out so many times. Sometimes, he just said things at the wrong time or in bad taste.

Aribella - "I know what you meant." I told him. "It's a good thing I'm not an angel, they'd all hate me up there!"

Roma: I awoke with a dull thud in my head. Too much to drink last night and I hoped that the skinny dipping was just a dream.

Eddie: I slept next to Roma all night with a bucket beside me 'cause I was frightened she'd be sick in the night.

Billie: Roma looked awful as I saw her stir in her camp bed. Taking over a basket filled with fruit and granola bars I hoped it would build her strength up before returning to the campfire again. "Who wants a BBQ? I called out to the other campers.
