The Next Generation

Wisdom: I swallowed the lump in my throat. I thought of my Mom, my best friend and my almost boyfriend. I quickly blinked back tears. Why did the world have to almost end anyway? Couldn't it have waited another hundred years?

Beauty --
The minute I saw tears in Wisdom's eyes I felt horrible. I took her hand in mine and squeezed it lightly to let her know that I understood how she felt. "I shouldn't have brought that up, I'm sorry."

Wisdom: I smiled. "It's okay Beauty. I was just thinking. Which I seem to do too much." I said. I squeezed her hand back lightly. I grinned slightly. "Us girls are gonna have to stick together." I stated in a mater-o-fact tone.

Faith: I look at wisdom I knew she was missing home because I was I spend last couple before I came here thinking about them then I said " yeah if we stick togather things might get Better"

Beauty --
"I sure hope so," she said with a smile. She laughed as she thought of an idea, "Tonight we should have a slumber party in one of our rooms!"

Wisdom: I grinned. "That's exactly what I was thinking Faith." I turned to Beauty. "That's an epic idea. Now the question is, who's room?"

Beauty --
She shrugged, "It really doesn't matter. The only differences in the rooms are the color scheme, and the clothes in the closet."

Faith:"we should that will be fun to do and it doesn't matter to me what room we do it in"

Wisdom: I smiled. "My room maybe?" I offered.

Faith:" that's fine with me"

Beauty --
"Sure!" She clapped happily, "We'll have a blast!"

Wisdom: I grinned. "Sweet."

Faith:" this will be good for us " I said smiling

Beauty --
She felt at least like she belonged, and that was all she wanted. "Maybe this won't be as horrible as I thought."

Wisdom: "Very. It can help us bond and forget about all of this for some time." I said gesturing around us with my hands. I looked at Beauty and smiled. "Maybe it won't be." I said happily.

Beauty --
She laughed happily, "Besides, I really don't feel like dealing with the boys just yet."

Wisdom: I laughed too. "Neither do I." I rolled my eyes. "It's frightening to think how obnoxious or mental they might be."

Beauty --
"Or perverted," She cringed. "We might be the mothers of the next generation but I'm sixteen and I plan on waiting a bit!"

Wisdom: I cringed and nodded my head vigorously. "Uh, yeah. I plan on waiting too. I'm not some girl who wants to be a mom at sixteen."

Faith:" yeah I think everyone here is going to wait beside hanging out with girls is more fun"

Wisdom: "Definitely."

Beauty --
She was happy to not be the only one. "Besides, I'm scared to get pregnant down here. They might have told us that they gave us all the things we'll need for birthing, but my mom died from childbirth in a fancy hospital. Who knows what could happen here." she shivered.

Wisdom: I nodded. "I'd be scared too." I said and rested a supportive hand on Beauty's arm.

Beauty --
"Anyway, enough about the boys!" she said trying to change the subject.

Faith:" yeah let's focus on us right now not no boys"
