The Facility

Jess looked at Brandon. "Just put it on her leg, continue to switch it out with a cold one until the fever in her leg seems to go down. We've done what we can. Now her body has to fight off the rest." He stood and went towards the door, wrapping his arm around Kalya and leading her out.

Brandon did as he was told, still feeling hurt she didn't tell him.

Kalya walked with him, when they reached his room she turned and kissed him.

Jess chuckled and kissed her back, wrapping his arms around her.

Kylia watched him, remaining quiet.

Kalya broke apart and ran for the bed, jumped on it, and bounced up and down waiting for him.

Brandon sat down next to her quietly.

Jess chuckled and went over to the bed, wrapping his arms around her, smiling.

Kylia sighed. "I'm fine." she finally said.

Brandon sighed, "Thats not it Kylia. I won't lie to you. I promise. I just ask that you do the same for me."

Kalya grinned and kissed him.

Jess kissed her back, deepening it as he pulled her closer.

Kylia frowned. "But i didn't! I told you I was fine, and I am fine! This is just how my body works! Jeez!" she forced herself up and out of the room, opening her wings she flew down the hall and to her nest in the rafters of the secular room.

Brandon sighed and threw himself backwards on the bed. How did he always make her mad?

Kalya laid her hands on his chest and pressed herself as close as possible, leaving no space between them.

Jess sighed and laid her down on the bed, his body hovering over her as he kissed her.

Kylia sat in her rafters, watching as her leg continued to heat and turn to ash.

Kalya wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him harder.

Brandon fell asleep.

Kylia fell asleep as the damaged part of her leg blew away with the gentle breeze in the rafters.

Jess pressed his body against hers, his hips on hers as he kissed her back, his hands wandering freely.

Kalya let her hands slip under his shirt as she kissed him. Her body was yearning for his, a slow fire running through her body.

Jess couldn't stand it much more. He stripped them both and their bodies intwined, loosing himself in the bliss.

Kalya felt herself fall completely into the pool of pleasure thar WA them together. She wrapped herself around him. Not willing to ever let him go.

They finally slowed and he sighed holding her.

Kylia woke and looked down at her leg and bit her lip. There was a good part of it that was missing. She sighed, knowing how long it was going to take for it to heal and decided she didn't want Brandon to see her like that. So was determined to not come down.

Brandon as still sleeping .....

Kalya glanced at him hearing the sigh, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing," Jess said as he kissed her neck. "I was just thinking is all."

"About what?" Kalya asked curiously.

"A book to be specific." Jess said as he continued the trail of kisses to the hallow of her throat.

Kalya shivered, trying to pay attention to his words, not just his lips. "What book?"

"The Illiad. I realized I still have yet to find that book among our library." Jess said, though he had totally been thinking about a different book. An older book.

Kalya frowned, " I thought you found that a month ago...."

"No, that was the Odessey." Jess said as he looked at her, his eyes taking in everything. She was beautiful. Especially her eyes.

Kalya nodded slowly, "Oh." Then kissed him and curled up against his chest.

Jess smiled and held her close. "How are you feeling?" he asked, hoping the ghosts haven't been bothering her, making her feel things she shouldn't, like she was stupid..or worthless.

Kylia held back screams as her leg began to heal and regrow. It always hurt like no other day.
