Daggerhorn..

Sariah had the basket packed and everything and was now hanging out the laundry she hadn't been able to the other day because Lark had better plans.

James watched her. "You sure? I think you should try and eat.."

Lark finishes in eight minutes and jogged lightly to the tent.

Sariah was humming to herself as she pinned up the blankets, Colton laying on the ground on his blanket, his eyes wide as he looked around.

Once again he popped up behind her, his hands over her eyes.

Sariah jumped and grinned, "hmm..I wonder who it could be." she giggled.

"I don't know." He replied in a goofy voice.

"I hope it's my husband. I've been missing him terribly and we were suppose to be going on a picnic." Sariah said with a slightly dramatic, airy voice.

Artemis shook her head, not in the mood to puke her guts out this morning, I am fine, thank you though" she shot him a reassuring smile

James sighed and set aside the food and nodded and looked at her. "You sure you're alright?"

"Positive" she replied, trying to convince herself as well "what do you want to do today?"

James chuckled. He had an idea of what he wanted to do...but it was probably not the best thing to do. "What ever you'd like to do." he stated.

Artemis frowned. what did she want to do. they had never really spent much time outside of the tent, so she wasn't sure what there was to do. "you pick?"

James watched her and smiled. "I could take you to the fire breathers show." he suggested

Artemis nodded and stood up, ignoring the familiar sense of vertigo as she fell into his arms "lets go!"

James chuckled and took her to the far side of camp and sat down with her in the audiance. One of the breathers saw him and grabbed him by the hand and pulled him up to do tricks with them.

Artemis watched him in delight as he preform with the other, part of her worried for his safety but she was more in awe of his skills.

James's tunic was laying on the ground as he twirled and juggled the double flamed batons. He dropped one, catching the middle of it on his foot and throwing it back up, easily incoorperating it back into the juggling. He threw them up into the air and caught all three with on hand and filled his mouth with liquid from a green bottle, holding the batons in the air, he blew the liquid slowly into the fire, making a large beautiful flammed flower.

artemis watched him in awe, slightly confused as to how he was breathing fire. Was he like, a dragon / wolf or something? she didn't get it

When he was done, he gave a small bow and went back off the stage, rinsing his mouth out with water. He hated the taste of lamp oil.

Lark grinned, "Well, I guess its a good thing I'm here then."

Sariah smiled and turned to face him, kissing him.

Lark let the kiss get deeper before he broke off with a grin, "So I guess I'm that mysterious husband you keep talking about?"

Sariah smiled and laughed, nodding. "Yes, yes you are." she wrapped her arms around him and sighed contentedly. "You are the mysterious husband, and the best husband." she murmered.

"And your the most wonderful, beautiful, delightful, wife in the universe. " he murmured laying a few kisses on her.

Sariah smiled widely up at him and returned his kisses happily. She stopped as she heard a twig snap, a low growl. She turned and saw a wolf tugging at Colton's blanket, tugging him away. "No!" she screamed and went to scoop him up, but the wolf was faster. Colton's shrilll cries pierced the air as the wolf grabbed him and began to run. "NO! MY BABY!" Sariah screamed and started to chase after it. "MY BABY!"
