Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Jackson thought for a moment, "Only one thing really. Sitting on a couch and a girl, not a teenager but close, walking by." He blushed, unsure if he should say the next part. "I wanted to ask her out but thought it would be weird so I didn't say anything. I just continued acting as if I didn't like her."

Lou thought for a moment and looked at him. I wonder who that was, she wrote, having no clue about who he was talking about.

Jackson shrugged, "Here, I'll try drawing a picture." He pulled the paper closer and proceeded to draw a lifish like picture.

Lou watched him carefully, her brow raised as she watched the pen race across the paper.

Jackson finished and turned the paper towards her, it was a small girl with dark hair and a hesitant smile. "Her hair is brown." He wrote above the sketch.

Lou stared at the picture, then back at him, then back at the picture. She reached over and grabbed a picture from her side table and held it out to him. In it was her, Jarred, and Jackson from a couple years ago at Vegas.

Jackson looked at it for a minute, his face turning bright red. "You were pretty?" He offered finally, unsure of what else he could say.
Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Lou rolled her eyes and laughed silently. She looked from the picture he had drawn, to the girl in the picture with Jackson and Jarred. It was almost exact, only Jackson's drawing was a little more rough. That was two years ago in Vegas on your seventeenth birthday, she wrote on a scratch piece of paper.

Jackson studied the photo a moment longer before he looked t her and smiled. "Well see?" He wrote. "I remember a lot about you!"
Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Lou smiled at him. Well, at least you remember somethings. She glanced back at the pictures, thunder shaking the room, making her jump and hide herself again, cringing as the lighting flashed.

Gabriel pulled back and held a hand out for her. He looked at her and smiled slightly.

Angela took his hand and smiled back at him. Warmth had filled her heart.

Gabriel looked at her and brushed a kiss against her temple before leading her to Zoey's room. He grabbed to chairs and pulled them close to her bedside.
Zoey dreamed of the crash. She tossed and turned in her sleep.

Angela sat down and watched Zoey with pain in her eyes. "It should have been me there not her." She whispered.
Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Gabriel shook his head. He bit his lip. It had been his car that they crashed in. "No, it should have been me. I should have been driving, but Zoey was instead."

"Dont say that.... I was the one who was drunk and I should have not talked Zoey into running that red light or..." Angela stopped and closed her eyes. She couldnt think about it anymore.
Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Gabriel frowned and looked at Angela. "Don't you say that either. It wasn't your fault. If anything, I was more drunk then you. I should have been driving but Zoey was the one who insisted." he shook his head and blinked back tears.

"Why where you drunk?" Angela asked hurtfully. "Tell me the truth." She said.
Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Gabriel ran a hand through his hair. He had gotten drunk only after talking to Zoey about confessing his feeling to Angela. She had thought that it would be better if they didn't get together. mainly so they wouldn't kill their friendship. He had still told Angela but then kissed that other girl. He closed his eyes. "It's complicated."

"I was drunk because of you." Angela blurted out with out thinking. Tears slid down her face and she looked to the floor. "When I saw you kissing that girl my heart was torn and I..." She stopped and looked out the window. She stood and walked out.

Gabriel opened his eyes and sighed. "Why can't life be freaking easy?" he muttered. He stood and went after her. He grabbed her arm and pulled her close. "Angie."

Re: It happened on Sunday morn'....
Jackson held her close, making soothing sounds even though he knew she couldn't hear them. His hand rubbed her back as if to help that way, he wasn't sure what to do. He guessed maybe a distraction. "Tell me more stories about growing up." He wrote and waited till she saw it to offer a kind and curious smile.

Lou looked at the note then at him and gave a small smile. She took the pen and paper and sighed, seeming as if she was about to write an essay. You and Jarred use to drag me down to the river as soon as the snow melted and we had a rope swing tied to the tree that hung over the river and we use to play in the water, even if it was extreamly cold and really fast. I usually stayed on shore and just watched you guys.

Jackson smiled, grabbing another notepad from the table so not to take that one away from her. "That sounds like fun." His face was wistful, wishing he could remember these things.
