Moonlight Dance Club/ hotel

James stayed under his tree. His ears ringed from the silence, somthing he wasn't use to. He stared blankly at the creek in front of him. He closed his eyes then allowing his wolf complete control, James for now at the back of the mind.

Kendra: I sighed. "Well, that's all in the past i guess. The very, very distant past. And we cant change it... so the only thing left to do is to keep going forward and hope for a better future." i said. Memories were just that - memories. You cant fix yesterday, but you can use the mistakes of yesterday to make a better tomorrow. "Besides, if we hadnt gone through all that stuff in the past, we'd never have met." i added.

Raphael smiled. "That is true, very true." He grabbed her hand and squeezed it. "I'm very glad now that those things happend."

Kendra: I gave his hand a small squeeze back, smiling. "Me too..... maybe eternity's not such a lonely place after all...." i said quietly.

Artemis remained fuming, finding herself unable to shift back. She couldn't remember the last time she had lost control like this, she knew she'd be apauled if it was anyone else, but she just couldn't think past her wolf right now. She needed someone to bring her back to reason, and it definitely wouldnt be james

Rapheal smiled and nodded. "Yeah. Maybe not. We've just got to figure out this whole rogue thing..." He frowned then.

James's wolf bounded up and they took off running, gettin use to their new territory.

Artemis-
she growled at all who came near her

Kendra: I gave him a reassuring smile. "We'll figure it out, im sure of it." i said. I was positive everything would work out.

Rapheal nodded, feeling as though he were a bundle of nerves. He searched with his mind, trying to find James. He'd know what to do? He sat up straighter, his brow furrowing in confusion. He enterd Artemis mind. "Where the heck is James?"

James took off after a deer, his stomach growling as his hunger rose, but also under that anger.

Kendra: I tensed slightly, concern rising as i noticed Raphael react to something. Something was wrong, i was sure of it.

Artemis snarled, her wolf still over powering her and taking away her reasoning or ability to use words. she shut him out of her mind, going back to her tortured thoughts

Rapheal stood. "I've got to go take care of something. I think it best if you do come along, but be alert." He stormed out of the cafeteria, intent as to what Artemis wasn't telling him. He did not want to lose anymore pack members. He could've forced his way into her mind, but that was considered bad manners with in the pack.

Kendra: I nodded. "I figured something was wrong. You got all tense all of a sudden." i said, standing and following. I kept my senses on alert, as if i were walking into a fight. Which, it occurred to me, may be the case since i didnt know what the problem was yet.

artemis-

Rapheal found Artemis and approached her. Worry suddenly crossed his features and he hurried over to her. "Are you ok?"

Kendra: I kept back a bit when we found Artemis. I got a very 'rage'-y vibe off her and was not sure it was a good idea to approach her.

Artemis snarled, snapping at him as he tried to approached. Her gray eyes were black, her wolf in full control.
She would be so ashamed of herself right now...

Rapheal's wolf reacted suddenly. He shifted and lunged at her, pinning her to the ground, his teeth very close to her throat. He regained his control, but didn't let up his weight, and he growld low and threating. "Calm down this instant.

Artemis rolled, shaking him off her, his attack only making it harder for her to regain control. Spectators were gathering around, but she didn't notice. that was the last thing on her mind right now...

Rapheal tried a different tactic. He shifted back to human, and risking it, knowing she'd never hurt him, laid a hand on her shoulder. He spoke in a soft voice. "Artemis. Please calm down so I can know what happend to my best friend. You're being irrational."

Artemis bristled, fighting hard not to bite the hand on her shoulder. She was just kid after all, compared to the rest, it took every ounce of will power to keep from snapping. She whimpered, pulling her wolf back and regaining control.
then she realized where she was, and what had happened. shame filled her and she booked it

Raphael stood frozen for a bit and took off after her. "Did somthing happen to him?" Worry filled his mind.

James travled along his old packs territory. Something stirred in his mind and James returned. He wimpered as the feelings of a human returnd.

"... no" artemis relented, unwilling showing him what had transpired, "don't tell me you won't leave me be either?" she snarled

Rapheal stopped and glared at her, a snarl ripping from his throat. "Go get him back. He was only following orders. I'll allow him off his job once you return with him." His tone took on that of an alpha, it was also dry as he was trying to keep his anger in check.

Artemis snarled, staring him down "no." she stood her ground, not willing to let him intimidate her. she was alpha too, she didn't have to listen to him anymore than he did her
