Gang activity is blooming onto the scene while speakeasies quickly out number the churches. Money can buy you all the friends you ever wanted and even more enemies. Immigrants are coming from all over just to get a little taste of the American way. This is the place where dreams can come true in an instant or fall apart in your hands. Life is one big gamble.

But a word to the wise before you decide to go all in: Something sinister is opperating beneath Lady Liberty's feet, and it isn't another speakeasy.
