Alexis: I think about it for a moment, "I don't know, but that still doesn't mean I need your help."

Ezra

First off that was probably her problem, but not like I was going to tell her that. I'd deal with this later. "Fine, you don't want my help? You can go sit in the cell until you do."

Grace -wondering the halls.

Alexis: "I will die again before I go to you for help," I yelled after him as he walked away.

Ezra

I laughed, give her a few days in the cell and she'd collaspse. It was my break anyway, I turned out the lights and left the room. began the winding path back to the basement in my house. It'd be nightfall soon, and the first day of school was tomorrow. I spotted the ghost from earlier, Grace, I think her name was wandering the halls. I smirked, willing to bet she was probably trying to escape. I'd put a stop to that. "What are you doing?" I asked her.

Grace froze, her eyes going wide as she backed up a step and shook her head slightly to drop her hair back I place infront of her face. Not saying anything she just stared at him.

Ezra

"You wouldn't be trying to escape, would you? You know what we do to people who try to escape." I said, taking a step towards her.

Grace shook her head, stepping back again and peering out from behind her hair fearfully. "No...I.." she stammered, her voice cracking.

Ezra

This was hilarious, I took another step towards her. "Were you? Tell me the truth, maybe you'll be spared."

Grace hesitated, fear gripping her tightly. "Uh...." she stammered and lowered her eyes nervously. "No....." she managed to sound almost convincing.

Ezra

She hesitated...she was trying! I felt my smile grow wider, "Yes, you were. I can tell."

Grace shook her head, backing up till she hit the wall with her back. "No........" she muttered, eyes wide behind the hair. What could she do? Run....no....that wouldn't work.

Ezra

I grabbed her wrist, and grinned. Since she was still new, she hadn't quite figured out what ghosts could do. "You can come with me." I said, I'd take her back to the cells.

Alexis: I sat in the cell thinking if I gave in he would lead me to my mother, but what if he was lying and I woud never see her. no I need to escape from here and saty far away.

Grace flinched when he touched but nodded looking down at the ground without a word. Wwhat was there for her to say?

Ezra

I dragged her back to the cell, thankfully her dirt was still there. I threw her in, "I'll take care of you later."

Alexis: I saw ezra throw in a girl i never seen and walk away. I look at her,"hey you okay?"

Grace stumbled into the cell, losing her balance and falling t the ground. The other girl's question barely registered in her mind and she gave a shaky nod as she moved to the corner of the cell and tucked her knees under her chin.

Alexis: "Hey look no need to be afraid I am sure we will get out of here and everything will be okay," I say hoping it comforts the girl.

Grace glanced at the girl through a layer of her hair, eyes weary as she shook her head a little. "No. You don't get out of here." She mumbled softly dropping her eyes.

Alexis: I felt like i needed to protect this girl she just seemed so fragile, "We will. I promise I will get you out of here even if it is the last thing i do."

Grace just shook her head and hid her face in her knees as she pulled herself into a tighter ball. She didn't know how long she'd been here, maybe a day..or two. Maybe a week. Perhaps longer. But she'd never heard of someone escaping. Her mind came to the logical conclusion as she sat there. In her opinion it was because it wasn't possible.

Alexis: I felt bad to her they must have broken her already. If I could just move the dirt I could get out then I could move hers. "I promise," I say again trying to see if anything might help.

Bio: Was haunting the house Gabriel lived in, met him when Gabriel was 8, Died in a fire that burned down said house a year before Gabriel was born.
Other: Refuses to move on, for unknown reasons.

Grace just shook her head a little, retreating into her mind to get away from the little shred of hope that almost made its way into her. No, there was no escape from this place. There was only punishment awaiting her, punishment for trying.
