Jacob was taken aback by the question did he look sick. God he hoped not that would just make everything worse. "I'm fiine just a little hot in here is all." He mentally slapped himself, Wow he was bad at conversation.

Megan nodded. "Do you want to go outside and get some air?" She asked standing. She needed a excuse to leave and this was her shot.

Jacob nodded he could feel himself start breaking out in sweat. Unfortuantly it wasn't from the heat but from his embarressment. They both walked together through the crowd to get outside. Once outside he let the cold wind cool his face.

Megan took in the chilling air into her lungs. It seemed to relax her only the slightest bit. She took in another shirvering breath and looked at the boy. "Dont think I got your name... I'm Megan.... at least I dont hink we have introduced...." She thought hard trying to remeber his name.

Jacob tried to remeber if he told her his name but he didn't think so. "The name is Jacob. Nice to meet you." He stuck out his hand for her to shake.

Megan took his hand and smiled. "Nice to meet you." She said with a smile. He seemed like a good guy. Might aswell get to know him... she thought keeping up her smile.

Amelia grinned and buried her face in his chest. "I love you. And I like how that sounds too." Her grin widened and she lifted her head from his chest and watched him. She couldn't believe that they were in love or that he was even real for that matter. She tilted her head to the left. "Are you sure you're real and not just a figment of my imagination?"

Ash chuckled adn thought about her question. "Well if I was a figure of your imagination then I dont want to have to leave you ever again. If I was a figure of your imagination you must have been on something when you thought of me." He winked at her.

Amelia blushed slightly and rested her head on his chest. She shook her head and chuckled softly at his last comment. "Well, if you are a figment of my imagination, I hope that i never stop thinking about you. If you are a figment of my imagination, I would have to wonder how I thought of you."

Ash kissed her cheek. "Love, I dont think that you can forget me." He laughed. He brushed an kiss across her forehead.

Amelia closed her eyes and enjoyed the feeling of his lips. "I agree with you, I don't think I can forget you." Her eyes stayed closed and she enjoyed the feeling of being in his arms.

Ash sighed and leaned back on the warm sand. The waves started to crash softly on the beach and he couldnt help but smile. He felt a slight tug at his heart when he started to think about Megan.

Amelia rested her head on his chest and enjoyed everything. It was so calm and peaceful, so unlike how most everything in her life was. She found it pleasant not to have to worry about everything when he was there with her. She lifted her head and looked into his eyes, noticing how it looked like he was thinking about something. "What are you thinking about?"

Ash chuckled and shrugged. "Megan...." He said looking at Amelia. "She has been going through a tough time but well it seems like nobody cares about her." He said with a sigh.

(I'm thinking, I'm thinking, I'm thiiiiiiiiinkkkking. (if you've seen Night at the Museum 2 you'll get my reference...) Uh... Hm... *strokes fake goatee* Well, there's the options of someone cheating, death, near death, angry parental units, and angry siblings... OH and pregnancy....)

Amelia watched him and felt kind of jealous and sad that she wasn't on his mind. She faked a smile anyway, knowing perfectly well he shouldn't be able to see through it. "I see. What are the things that have happened to her?"

Ash shrugged and thought about Megan more. "She has abusive parents like you but her father use to rape her when she was little." He said with a smal tear in his eyes.

Amelia nodded, understanding the way he could feel, but in a way she kind of just wanted him to be enjoying their time together. "I see," she said softly and wiped his tear away. She also had a feeling that Megan and him had been more than friends...

Ash shrugged it off and looked at her. "Are you okay love? YOu seem tense."

Amelia immediately tried to make herself appear calmer and nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine, Ash. Don't worry about it." She brushed her lips against his. "More correctly, are you okay? You seem upset..."

(awww but come on grow a back bone and speak. *slaps*)
Jacob didn't know what to say he kept drawing up a blank. God why was he bad with girls especially cute ones. "So what brings you here?" Stupid question but what could he do besides die from embaressment. He waited paitently for her answer wondering if she would just walk away from him.

Ash shrugged and faked a smiled. "You are beautiful when you look worry. Yes I am alright."

Megan shrugged and lookd at him. "Helpng a friend get over a terrible break up." She shrugged. "What about you?"

Amelia smiled, and an actual genuine smile this time. "Gee, thanks, Ash. Are you sure, Ash? I don't want you to be upset or to be hurting," she said softly and stroked his cheek gently.

"Oh," Jacob looked down. "I was suppose to meet a girl here on a date but she kinda stood me up." He didn't want to feel like he was throwing a pity party for himself but that was the truth.

Ash chuckled and nodded. "Dont worry about me love. I want to hear more about you. Tell me everything there is to know about you." He said changing the crappy subject.

Megan looked at him and nodded. "I get how you feel. Guys do it to me all the time. They go for my friend Alice."

Jacob frowned and before he could control himself he blurted, "Why would someone pass you up your so pretty and great..." He stopped shocked that he said that outloud. He blushed from embaressment.
